BUFT Fashion Club had the opportunity to visit the 2nd Bangladesh–China Green Textile Expo (BCGTX) 2026 at ICCB, Dhaka.

The visit provided valuable exposure to sustainable textile innovations, emerging fashion technologies, and global industry practices. It was an insightful experience for our executives to connect academic learning with real-world industry perspectives while proudly representing the club in a professional environment.

On the occasion of the 7th Textile Research Conference (TRC 2026), scheduled for 31 October 2026, the Centre for Research & Innovation in Science, Arts & Technology (CRISAT), in collaboration with CENTRO Tex Ltd, proudly presents the first-ever Digital Fashion Catwalk Competition (DFCC) for fashion and textile students across Bangladesh. 👗💡

This groundbreaking initiative aims to inspire young creatives to explore the future of fashion through digital innovation, creativity, and technology-driven design. The competition offers an exciting platform for students to showcase their talent, develop digital fashion skills, and connect with industry professionals and innovators.

• Undergraduate students (BSc/BA) in Fashion, Textile, or related fields
• Recent graduates (within the last 6 months)
