We are proud for that, because this types of Medium Industries is first introduce by them on this Bibidoil Area, Lalabazar Union.

"Kamruzzaman Khan Foysol" is the pioneer who first established medium-scale industries in the Lalabazar Union, specifically in the Bibidail area. Through sheer hard work, he has fostered industrialization in the region, providing training and creating employment opportunities for local people. He founded "Tanzil Bag," a company that currently manufactures net bags; his son,
"Arafat Khan", serves as its Managing Director. It was through their initiative that this type of industry was first introduced to the area!

মুসলিম ধর্মে হালাল উপার্জনের জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম ও সততার সাথে কাজ করাকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং এটিকে ইবাদত বা আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি অরজনে মাধ্যম হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়। ইসলামে অলসতা ও পরনির্ভরশীলতা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।কাজের গুরুত্ব ও নীতিকাজের উৎকর্ষ (ইতকান): যেকোনো কাজ নিখুঁত ও সুন্দরভাবে করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। মহানবী (সা.) বলেছেন, আল্লাহ ভালোবাসেন যখন কেউ কোনো কাজ করে, সে যেন তা দক্ষতা ও উৎকর্ষের সাথে করে।সততা ও আমানতদারি: কাজে চরম সততা বজায় রাখা এবং খেয়ানত বা প্রতারণা না করার নির্দেশ রয়েছে।শ্রমিকের অধিকার: ইসলামে শ্রমের মর্যাদা স্বীকৃত। শ্রমিকের গায়ের ঘাম শুকানোর আগেই তার পারিশ্রমিক পরিশোধ করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।জীবিকা অন্বেষণ: ইবাদতের পাশাপাশি জীবিকা নির্বাহের জন্য পৃথিবীতে ছড়িয়ে পড়ার ও হালাল রিযিক কামাই করার তাগিদ দেওয়া হয়েছে।
