Federal Skilled Trades Programs and
Canadian Experience Class

On April 26, 2014, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will issue a new set of Ministerial Instructions to immigration officers regarding the processing of applications to the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Effective May 1, 2014, the following measures will be in place:
Federal Skilled Worker Program:
Federal Skilled Workers are chosen as permanent residents based on their ability to prosper in Canada. They are assessed according to a selection grid made up of six factors, including language, education, work experience, etc.

Overall cap of 25,000 applications in eligible occupations stream
Cap of 500 applications for PhD eligibility stream
No limit on applicants who have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer
Sub-caps of 1,000 applications for each of the 50 eligible occupations below (their 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC) code is included in brackets):

2. Senior managers - trade, broadcasting and other services, n.e.c. (0015)

Federal Skilled Trades Program:
This program is for people who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade.

Overall cap of 5,000 applications
All 90 skilled trades from the following NOC Skill Level B groups are eligible (with sub-caps of 100 applications each):

Major Group 72: Industrial, electrical and construction trades;
Major Group 73: Maintenance and equipment operation trades;
Major Group 82: Supervisors and technical occupations in national resources, agriculture and related production;
Major Group 92: Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators;
Minor Group 632: chefs and cooks;
Minor Group 633: butchers and bakers.

Canadian Experience Class:
This program is for people who already have skilled work experience in Canada and want to immigrate permanently.

Overall cap of 8,000 applications
Sub-caps of 200 applications each for any NOC B occupation
Six ineligible occupations: administrative officers (NOC code 1221), administrative assistants (1241), accounting technicians/bookkeepers (1311), cooks (6322), food service supervisors (6311), and retail sales supervisors (6211).

The new Ministerial Instructions will also re-confirm the existing pause of applications to the federal Immigrant Investor and Entrepreneur Programs.
Federal skilled worker (FSWP) 2014
২৩ এপ্রিল, ২০১৪ থেকে কার্যকর হওয়া নতুন Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). ২০১৩ সালের ২৪ টি পেশার সাথে আরো যুক্ত হচ্ছে নতুন ২৬টি পেশা- মোট ৫০টি পেশা। গতবারের ৫০০০ ভিসার কোটা বাড়িয়ে এবার করা হয়েছে ২৫,০০০। এক্ষুনি আপনার সমস্ত ডকুমেন্ট, IELTS ও আনুষাঙ্গিক কাগজপত্র তৈরি জন্য আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। একটি সামান্য ভূল আপনার নিশ্চিত ভিসা হওয়া ফাইলকে Reject/ Refund করে দিতে পারে।
কানাডা ইমিগ্রেশন স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়ন করতে নূন্যতম যে সব যোগ্যতা থাকা প্রয়োজন:

Education: অনার্স/ মাস্টার্স/ BBA/ MBA/ ৩ (তিন) বছর মেয়াদী ডিপ্লোমা।
IELTS: 6.0-7.0 (অন্যান্য factor এর উপর নির্ভরশীল) ।
[Individual Band Score Minimum 6.0 (Each Band)]
Job Experience: ১-৬বছর এর মধ্যে।
বয়স:১৮-৪৩ বছর এর মধ্যে।
যদি বিবাহিত হয়ে থাকেন তবে Spouse এর IELTS Score থাকতে হবে। প্রতিটি Module এ 9.0 এর মধ্যে 4.0 থাকতে হবে। (Spouse
IELTS Minimum 4.0 থাকলে ৫ পয়েন্ট বোনাস পাওয়া যাবে।)

Factor 2 Ability in English (IELTS) and/or French (TEF) Language Maximum 28 points
Factor 3 Experience Maximum 15 points
Factor 4 Age Maximum 12 points
Factor 5 Arranged employment in Canada Maximum 10 points
Factor 6 Adaptability Maximum 10 points
Total Maximum 100 points
Pass Mark Minimum 67 Points
বর্তমানে pass mark হচ্ছে ৬৭ points. কিন্তু অতীতে পাস মার্ক ছিল ৭৫! যদি আপনার score pass মার্কের সমান অথবা তার চেয়ে বেশী হয় তবে আপনি skilled worker হিসেবে কানাডায় immigration এর জন্য বিবেচিত হবেন।

• মাদাগাস্কার (৯০ দিন, ফ্রি ১,৪০,০০০ এমজিএ)
• মোজাম্বিক (৩০ দিন, ফি ২৫ ডলার)
• টোগো (৭ দিন, ফি ৩৫,০০০ এক্সডিএফ)
• উগান্ডা (৩ মাস, ফি ৩০ ডলার)।
তবে বাংলাদেশের এয়ারপোর্ট রওনা হবার সময় কিছু সুযোগ সন্ধানী অফিসার ভিসা নেই বা আপনার সমস্যা হবে এই মর্মে হয়রানি করতে পারে টু-পাই কামানোর জন্য। কেউ এসব দেশে বেড়াতে যেতে চাইলে টিকিট কেনার সময় আরো তথ্য জেনে নিতে পারেন। আর আপনার কাছে ফিরতি টিকেট ও হোটেল বুকিং এর কাগজ অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে।
এ বিষয়ে কারও কোন সন্দেহ থাকলে Google-এ search দিয়েও যাচাই করে নিতে পারেন। সব দেশের অ্যাম্বেসির ই-ওয়েবসাইট আছে, সেখান থেকেও তথ্য যাচাই করে নিতে পারেন। ভিন্ন ভাষায় হলে Google Translator ব্যবহার করুন।
