Prize Giving Ceremony
🔬🏆 "Curious Medgeek: The Med Research Decathlon – An Evidence-Based Reasoning Challenge", organized by SuMC LC, BMSS in collaboration with Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE) successfully concluded with its Prize Giving Ceremony. The two-phase research-oriented academic event aimed to promote evidence-based learning, critical reasoning, and research engagement among medical students.

Freshers of Batch 06 enthusiastically participated in “Mapping BMSS Dimensions × An Evidence-Based Reasoning Challenge,” where nearly 40 students took part in both individual and group-based research challenges focused on analytical thinking, teamwork, and evidence-based problem-solving.

🏅 During the Prize Giving Ceremony, the winners were honored with medals and recognition by our respected Principal, Professor Dr. Mostaque Ahmed Bhuiyan Sir, along with respected faculty members from various departments, whose presence and encouragement made the event even more memorable. The ceremony was hosted by Keya Goswami and Minhazul Islam.

We sincerely congratulate all the winners, participants, and volunteers for making this initiative successful. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork truly reflected the spirit of research, leadership, and academic excellence.

Phase 2: Mapping BMSS Dimensions × An Evidence-Based Reasoning Challenge

As part of our initiative to introduce research culture among medical students, we successfully organized an engaging and interactive challenge program for the freshers of Batch 06 of Sunamganj Medical College.

Nearly 40 students enthusiastically participated in this research-themed event, which was conducted in two segments:
1. Individual Challenge
2. Group-Based Challenge

The program aimed to encourage evidence-based thinking, critical reasoning, teamwork, and active involvement in the research process from the very beginning of medical education.

We were also honored by the presence of our respected Principal Sir during the event, whose encouragement greatly inspired the participants and organizers alike.

The enthusiasm and participation of the students made the event both impactful and memorable. We look forward to organizing more such academic and research-oriented activities in the future.

SuMC-06 Orientation এর শেষ দিনে আয়োজিত হলো মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যসংক্রান্ত মোটিভেশনাল সেমিনার।
শিক্ষকমণ্ডলীর মূল্যবান দিকনির্দেশনা ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক আলোচনা নতুনদের পথচলাকে আরও দৃঢ় ও সচেতন করে তুলেছে।

আজ সুনামগঞ্জ মেডিকেল কলেজ পরিবারে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে যুক্ত হলো SuMC-06 ব্যাচ।

সম্মানিত অধ্যক্ষ ও শিক্ষকবৃন্দের উপস্থিতিতে আয়োজিত ওরিয়েন্টেশন প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে তাদের চিকিৎসা শিক্ষার নতুন পথচলার সূচনা হলো।

SuMC-06 এর সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য রইলো আন্তরিক শুভকামনা।
