Pronoun (সর্বনাম)
যে শব্দ Noun-এর পরিবর্তে বসে তাকে Pronoun বলে। বিসিএস, ব্যাংক এবং অন্যান্য সরকারি চাকরিতে সাধারণত নিচের রুলসগুলো থেকে প্রশ্ন বেশি আসে:

১. Personal Pronoun-এর ক্রম (Order of Pronouns)
একই সাথে একাধিক Person থাকলে তাদের সাজানোর নিয়ম:

সাধারণ ক্ষেত্রে (Positive): নিয়মটি হলো ২৩১ (2nd Person + 3rd Person + 1st Person)।

Example: You, he and I are present.

দোষ স্বীকার বা নেতিবাচক ক্ষেত্রে (Negative/Guilt): নিয়মটি হলো ১২৩ (1st Person + 2nd Person + 3rd Person)।

Example: I, you and he are guilty.

২. Subjective vs Objective Case
Be Verb (am, is, are, was, were)-এর পর সাধারণত Subjective case বসে।

Incorrect: It is me.

Correct: It is I.

Preposition এবং Let-এর পর Objective case বসে।

Example: Between you and me (not I).

Example: Let him go.

৩. Relative Pronoun (Who vs Whom)
এটি শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য সবচেয়ে কনফিউজিং অংশ। সহজ টেকনিক:

Who: সাবজেক্ট হিসেবে বসে (এরপরে সরাসরি Verb থাকে)।

Example: I know the man who came here.

Whom: অবজেক্ট হিসেবে বসে (এরপরে সাধারণত আরেকটি Noun/Pronoun থাকে)।

Example: He is the man whom I saw yesterday.

৪. Distributive Pronoun (Each, Either, Neither)
Each, Either, Neither-এর পর Noun বহুবচন হলেও Verb সর্বদা Singular হয়।

Example: Each of the boys is (not are) talented.

Example: Neither of the two pens writes well.

৫. Reflexive Pronoun (Self-যুক্ত শব্দ)
Reflexive pronoun কখনো বাক্যের Subject হতে পারে না।

Incorrect: Myself did the work.

Correct: I myself did the work. / I did the work myself.
