IT & communication officer (full-time) needed for Bangladesh Professional Engineers Registration Board (BPERB), IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka-1000.
Position details
• Title: IT & Digital Communication Officer
• Organization: Bangladesh Professional Engineers Registration Board (BPERB)
• Workplace: 13th Floor, Shaheed Prokaushali Bhaban, IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka-1000, Dhaka
• Working hours: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm (6 days a week, full-time)
Key responsibilities
• Manage and regularly update YouTube channel, page, and website content.
• Plan and execute online marketing and promotional campaigns for BPERB programs and announcements.
• Design basic digital flyers/banners and write captions/posts for social media.
• Coordinate online communication with engineers, stakeholders, and participants (email, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Prepare brief reports/analytics on reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Any activity needed for BPERB
Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering, Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or MBA (with strong IT/digital skills).
• Good understanding of YouTube, Facebook, and website content management.
• Basic skills in graphics/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, simple video editors).
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla; ability to write clear and professional posts.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles will be considered an added advantage.

• Job type: Full-time, on-site at BPERB office, IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka.
• Salary and benefits: As per organizational policy (to be discussed during interview).
