বাংলাদেশে আমরা বিভিন্ন কারণেই ব্যাক্তিগত কাজে ব্যবহৃত গাড়ি চালানোর জন্য প্রফেশনাল ড্রাইভারের উপর নির্ভরশীল। এই নির্ভরশীলতার জন্য রাস্তা এবং পরিবেশের উপর অনিচ্ছাকৃত কোন প্রভাব কী পরতে পারে? বুয়েটের একটি গবেষকদল (ড. অন্বেষা এনামের নেতৃত্বে) এই প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর খুঁজে বের করতে গবেষণা করছি। এ উপলক্ষে আমরা কিছু ব্যক্তিগত পর্যায়ে ব্যবহৃত গাড়ি (ড্রাইভার-চালিত ও স্বচালিত) সপ্তাহব্যাপী কি কি কাজে ব্যবহৃত হয় তা জরিপ করতে চাই। বাংলাদেশে অবস্থিত যে কেউ-ই এই জরিপে অংশ নিতে পারবে। আপনি যদি ইচ্ছুক হন, তাহলে এই ছোট সার্ভেটি পূরণ করতে পারেন। এখান থেকে যোগাযোগের তথ্য নিয়ে, আপনাদের সাথে আমরা বিস্তারিত শেয়ার করতে পারবো। এটি পূরণে সর্বোচ্চ ৪-৫ মিনিট সময় লাগবে।
Are there any unintended consequences of hiring professional drivers/chauffeurs to drive your car? We (a research team from BUET, led by Dr. Annesha Enam) would like to figure that out. For that purpose, we would like to conduct a weeklong survey to elicit information on trip generation tendency of chauffeur (professional driver) driven and owner driven vehicles in Bangladesh.
