রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ইলেকট্রিক্যাল এন্ড ইলেকট্রনিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগে সাফল্যের সাথে সম্পন্ন হলো "EEE Indoor Games Tournament 2026"। শিক্ষার্থীদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক বিকাশে এবং পড়াশোনার একঘেয়েমি কাটাতে এই আয়োজনটি ছিল অত্যন্ত প্রাণবন্ত।

বিশেষভাবে অভিনন্দন জানাই এই টুর্নামেন্টের সকল ইভেন্টে বিজয়ীদের। আপনাদের অসাধারণ নৈপুণ্য এবং লড়াকু মানসিকতা আমাদের মুগ্ধ করেছে। এই বিজয় আপনাদের কঠোর পরিশ্রম আর একাগ্রতারই প্রতিফলন।

টুর্নামেন্টে অংশগ্রহণকারী সকল প্রতিযোগী এবং আয়োজক কমিটিকে জানাই আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ। আপনাদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত উপস্থিতি এবং সহযোগিতাই এই আয়োজনকে সফল করেছে।

ইলেকট্রিক্যাল এন্ড ইলেকট্রনিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী এবং শিক্ষকদের সম্মিলিত অংশগ্রহণে বাংলা নববর্ষ উদযাপন করা হয়েছে অত্যন্ত উৎসবমুখর পরিবেশে। বৈশাখী শোভাযাত্রা, ঐতিহ্যবাহী পান্তা-মাছের আয়োজন এবং ফটোসেশনের মাধ্যমে দিনটি হয়ে উঠেছে প্রাণবন্ত ও স্মরণীয়।

শ্রদ্ধেয় শিক্ষকমণ্ডলীর উপস্থিতি, দিকনির্দেশনা ও সার্বিক সহযোগিতার জন্য তাঁদের প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করছি।

✨ Industrial Tour ✨

The industrial tours for two batches of Electrical and Electronic Engineering,University of Rajshahi have been successfully completed!

🔹 Spark 8 (session:- 2022-2023) explored Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.
🔹 Thunderbolt 9( Session 2023-2024) visited IDOL Power.

The tours were both entertaining and highly insightful, offering real-world exposure beyond the classroom. From observing industrial processes to understanding practical applications of engineering concepts, it was truly a valuable experience.

We were also honored to have our respected teachers accompany us, providing guidance and enriching the journey with their expertise.

আজ প্রকৌশলীদের "লং মার্চ টু ঢাকা" কর্মসূচিতে বুয়েট, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রকৌশল অনুষদ ও অন্যান্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণ করে।

শিক্ষার্থীদের শান্তিপূর্ণ কর্মসূচিতে পুলিশ বর্বরোচিত হামলা করে। পুলিশ সেখানে টিয়ার শেল, সাউন্ড গ্রেনেড নিক্ষেপ করে এবং লাঠিচার্জ করে। এতে ঢাবির ইইই ৫৭ ব্যাচের আশিক, ৫৬ ব্যাচের এহসানসহ আরও অনেকেই আহত হয়।

বুয়েটের অনেকেই মারাত্মক আহত হয়েছে, এরমধ্যে এক ভাইকে ৬/৭ জন পুলিশ মিলে লাঠিচার্জ করেছে।

আমরা রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রকৌশল অনুষদের ইইই বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী হিসেবে শিক্ষার্থীদের শান্তিপূর্ণ কর্মসূচিতে পুলিশের বর্বরোচিত হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা জানাচ্ছি।

বাংলাদেশে প্রকৌশল খাতে চলমান বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে এবং প্রকৌশলীদের ন্যায্য অধিকার আদায়ের আন্দোলনে রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক শেখ হাসিব চেরাগী, প্রভাষক, ইইই বিভাগ, পূর্ণ সংহতি প্রকাশ করেছেন।

তিনি বলেন -
বাংলাদেশে প্রকৌশল খাতে চলমান বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে এবং প্রকৌশলীদের ন্যায্য অধিকার আদায়ের আন্দোলনে রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক হিসেবে প্রকৌশলীদের ৩ দফা দাবির সাথে পূর্ণ সংহতি প্রকাশ করছি। এই দাবি বহুদিন ধরে চলে আসা ডিপ্লোমা সিন্ডিকেটের অরাজকতার বিরুদ্ধে প্রকৌশলীদের অধিকার আদায়ের দাবি। তাই বর্তমান ছাত্রদের প্রতি ও তাদের কর্মসূচীর প্রতি আমার পূর্ণ সমর্থন রইলো।

📌 প্রকৌশলীদের ৩ দফা দাবি -

১. ৯ম গ্রেড (সহকারী প্রকৌশলী বা সমমান পদ) – এই পদে প্রবেশের জন্য সবাইকে সমানভাবে নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা বিএসসি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডিগ্রি হতে হবে। কোনোভাবেই কোটার মাধ্যমে পদোন্নতি নয়, এমনকি অন্য নামে সমমান পদ তৈরি করেও পদোন্নতি দেওয়া যাবে না।

২. ১০ম গ্রেড (উপসহকারী প্রকৌশলী বা সমমান পদ) – ডিপ্লোমাদের জন্য বরাদ্দকৃত ১০০% কোটা বাতিল করতে হবে। এই পদে ন্যূনতম যোগ্যতা হবে ডিপ্লোমা ইন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, তবে উচ্চতর যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন বিএসসি বা এমএসসি ডিগ্রিধারীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবে।

৩. “ইঞ্জিনিয়ার” পদবীর ব্যবহার – শুধুমাত্র বিএসসি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডিগ্রিধারী প্রকৌশলীরাই নামের পাশে "ইঞ্জিনিয়ার" পদবী ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। অন্য কেউ এই পদবী ব্যবহার করলে তার বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
