Job Description

Integrated Web Solution BD. is looking for a qualified intern to join our web development team. The intern will work closely with our development team, as well as the design and development team to assist in the development of coding and designing the layout and functionality according to the client’s specifications. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of web development.

Located at Sarkar Tower, Transmitter Mor, Abdullahpur, Uttara. Integrated Web Solution BD. (IWSBD) is a complete resource for design, web development and marketing services. IWSBD offers a full line of services like e-commerce website development with mobile API, Management System for personal business, Web Application for company of different aspects and Mobile Apps.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Projects may include, but will not be limited to:
 Write custom HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications.
 Design, recommend and pitch improvements to new and existing features.
 Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems.
 Update and edit website content, posts and pages.
 Provide technical support related to web-based systems to internal teams.
 Test and give feedback on new and existing technologies.
 Create prototypes and experiment with new technologies and features as assigned.

Requirements
 Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
 Basic knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
 Knowledge with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Java or C # is a plus.
 Understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices.
 Basic knowledge of relational database systems, object oriented programming and web application development.
 Basic knowledge of search engine 0ptimization process is a plus.
 Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
 Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet high standards.

Google analytics কি?

Google Analytics (গুগল অ্যানালাইটিক) হল একটি ফ্রি সার্ভিস যা আপনাকে আপনার ওয়েবসাইট/ব্লগ এর ট্রাফিক করে এবং সেটার পরিসংখ্যান আপনার কাছে তুলে ধরে।
আবার এটাও বুঝা দরকার যে কোন পোস্টটি লোকজন বেশি পড়ছে আর কোনটি কম। এটাও জানা দরকার যে ট্রাফিক এর মূল সোর্স search engine সমূহ google, bing ইত্যাদি) থেকে আপনি visitors পাচ্ছেন কিনা। অথবা কোন পোস্টটি সার্চ ইঞ্জিন থেকে আপনাকে ট্রাফিক এনে দিচ্ছে। কারণ এ সবকিছুর উপরি নির্ভর করছে আপনার পরবর্তী পরিকল্পনা কি হবে। এখন প্রশ্ন হল কিভাবে এগুলো জানবেন। আপনি যদি blogger platform ব্যবহার করে থাকেন তাহলে বলতে পারেন ব্লগার এর stats অপশন এই তো এই সুবিধা দেয়া আছে। কিন্তু না এটা পুরোপুরি ঠিক না। কারণ এখানে feature অনেক কম এবং tracking অনেক সময় ভুল হয়। সেজন্যই Google আপনাকে দিচ্ছে Google Analytics নামে সার্ভিস।

Google analytic এর অনেকগুলো সুযোগ সুবিধার মধ্যে আপনার জন্য যেগুলো সবচেয়ে বেশি দরকার সেগুলো হল-
1.কোন ট্রাফিক সোর্স থেকে কতগুলো পাচ্ছেন সে সম্পর্কিত তথ্য।
2.আপনার সাইটে কোন দেশের সিটির এবং ভাষার লোক বেশি ধুকছে সে সম্পর্কিত তথ্য।
3. আপনার সাইটে visitor কতক্ষণ থাকছে এবং Bounce rate সম্পর্কিত তথ্য।
4.নতুন এবং পুরাতন visitor এর তুলনামূলক পরিসংখ্যান।
5. সাইটের প্রতি ঘণ্টা দিন মাস এবং বছরের visitor এবং pageview সম্পর্কে পরিসংখ্যান।

কিভাবে Google analytics আপনার সাইটকে track করা শুরু করবে?

Google analytics এর feature গুলো ব্যবহার করতে আপনাকে Google analytics এ একটি account খুলতে হবে (আর যদি আপনার Gmail account থাকে তাহলে শুধু login করলেই হবে)। তারপর analytic আপনাকে একট tracking code দিবে যা আপনার ওয়েবসাইট/blogger এ অবস্থিত সাইট add করতে হবে। তাহলেই analytics আপনার সাইটক track করা শুরু করবে।

Sometimes we need to redirect user to 404 page if they hit unknown url. This redirection is a very basic and common requirement for every web application. In this tutorial i will show you how to create a 404 page in laravel and will show if any url errors occurs.
Using the the fallback route Route::fallback method, you may define a route that will be executed when no other route matches the incoming request. Generally, unhandled requests will automatically render a "404" page via your application's exception handler.
