Agenda: Formation of Various Committees and Other Issues
The ad-hoc committee meeting was held on May 5, 2023 at the Department of English, Government Edward College, Pabna. The meeting was called to order at 4:15 pm. After discussing the agenda, the following decisions were unanimously taken:

a) Constitution Drafting Committee was formed with the following members:
1. Md. Anisuzzaman Nayeem
2. Khandaker Hasan Hafijur Rahman Boney
3. Md. Abdul Mazid
4. Md. Belal Hossain
5. Sayeeda Shobnam
6. Sherajum Munera
7. Ashim Kumar Paul

b) Fund Raising and Expenses Technocrat Committee was formed with the following members:
1. Md. Anisur Rahman
2. Md. Ohidul Islam
3. Md. Asadur Rahman

c) Communications Committee was formed with the following members:
1. Md. Masud Rana
2. Abdun Noor Maruf
3. Rashidul Islam Rashed
4. Md. Nahiduzzaman Nahid
5. Hasan Mahmud Dee

d) Schedule of Next Meeting
It was decided that the next meeting would be held on May 26, 2023. The location and timing of the meeting will be informed to the members by the Communications Committee.

e) Submission of Progress Reports:
The Constitution Drafting Committee and Fundraising and Expense Technocrat Committee will submit their progress reports at the next meeting scheduled to be held on May 26, 2023. The ad-hoc committees of Pabna and Dhaka will review the reports and make necessary recommendations.

After all the discussions were over and decisions were taken, the Convener of the ad-hoc committee thanked all the members for their active participation in the meeting and closed the meeting at 8:00 pm.

Kalim Uddin Sir wanted to have a discussion on organizing our 2nd Reunion in October 2023. The participants in the meeting agreed to see the 2nd reunion in October 2023.
