8. Organization Background: -
This society was founded as a local club in 2007. Later, as the existing socio-economic and cultural problem in the area hurt us, we all members with the leadership of Md. Shoriful Islam, the founding president of the society decided to transform it into a social welfare organization unanimously. As a result, the constitution of this organization was registered by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Bangladesh in (S-10809) dated on 05-01-2010 and as a Directorate of Youth Development its constitution was approved.
9. Goal of Organization: -
The ultimate goal of MSSS is to assist the economically vulnerable rural people to develop their greater organization through mobilizing their skill and local resources. So that they may active a sustainable human & socio-economic development for the improvement of the living standard.
10.(a)Vision of Modern Schooling System Society (MSSS)
The vision of MSSS enlightened humanistic society with a sustainable basis for livelihood. Empowering the rural disadvantaged group of people by ensuring, social, economical, environment and cultural development to participate in the socio-economic development process of the country meaningfully

The mission of MSSS lies in developing, promoting and enabling the target beneficiaries involved in various programs for sustainable development.
11. MSSS-Dreams for Millennium:
MSSS intends to works in country for the pollution free environment, create unity, injustices and exploitation free society and established democratic right in all respect and healthy atmosphere.
12. Values of MSSS:
The people of MSSS have agreed on a set of values as guiding principles to establish a favorable internal environment and thus contribute to the defined mission. The staff members will practice mutual respect at work place and the organization will evaluate on its staff members performance. Participatory decision-making will be continuous process. Cooperation rather than destructive competition will govern inters personal behavior.
13.Objectives of MSSS:
To mobilize & empowering the poor in the rural areas in order to get socio-economic development in the country.
To identifying the people in those aspects of problems to which solutions can be found.
To organizes groups from the poor within below poverty level. The members of those groups have similar occupations.
To works towards removal of causes of poverty and power differences and improve the understanding and knowledge regarding the difference of labor.
To promote ecologically sound agriculture, social forestation and fisheries development.
Establishment of own resources to increase income for the sustainability of the organization.
To strengthen the capacity of the community people in institution building and group saving, to take collective initiative poverty of community people through income and employment generation.
