Luckiest or unluckiest man of 2018??
This 49-year-old patient was working the night shift at a porcelain factory when a piece of equipment malfunctioned, lodging 10 sharp metal spikes into his right arm. Surgery was very difficult in this case, because the rods restricted the mans movement (due to the immense amount of pain), and because of this, the doctors were not able to do an x-ray of the patient. The doctors worked all night, and by morning, all of the spikes had been removed. The patient is doing well so far, although he is still required to take part in physiotherapy for however long the physiotherapist decides.
