Use of the verb 'Need'.....
কোন Sentence এ subject যদি animate (জীবজন্তু) হয় তাহলে need এর পর verb infinitive এ হবে।
Animate being as subject + verb in infinitive
Example: We need to learn English.
আবার, Subject যদি inanimate (জড় পদার্থ) হয় তাহলে need এর পর gerund বা to be + verb এর past participle হবে।
Inanimate being as subject + verb in gerund
বা, Inanimate being as subject + to be + verb in past participle
Example: The car needs repairing
বা, The car needs to be repaired.
