~ ১ম পর্ব

স্টুডেন্ট থাকা অবস্থায় research funding পেয়ে গেলে research শিখার journey কেবল একটি স্বপ্ন থাকে না, বরং হয়ে উঠে একটি দুর্দান্ত learning research with earning যাত্রা।

কেননা, তখন ৩/৪টা tuition, part-time job-এর পিছনে দিনের অধিকাংশ সময় ব্যয় করার পরিবর্তে research funding / fellowship থেকেই আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় হাতখরচ চলে আসার পাশাপাশি research শিখা, research project-এ কাজ করা এবং paper / proposal develop করার সুযোগটিও হয়ে উঠে সোনায় সোহাগা।

তবে, এর জন্য সবচেয়ে important বিষয় হলো—একটি super ও strategic research proposal লিখতে জানতে হবে।

Research proposal কী, কীভাবে লিখতে হয়, কী কী steps রয়েছে—এসব বিষয়ক অসংখ্য content আপনারা Facebook, YouTube ও ChatGPT-তে পাবেন।
কিন্তু random একটা research proposal লিখলেই research fellowship বা funding পাওয়ার জন্য সেটা যথেষ্ট নয়।

বরং হাজার হাজার applicant-এর মধ্যে আপনার proposal-কে unique ও বেশি relevant করে তুলতে হলে বেশ কিছু সূক্ষ্ম কিন্তু super strategy জানতে হয়।

এমন কিছু সূক্ষ্ম ও super strategic জায়গা বুঝেই আমি honours third year-এ থাকতেই masters level-এর শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য circulate করা ICCCAD & IUB-এর joint initiative-এ পরিচালিত Sweden Embassy funded fellowship পেয়েছিলাম।
তাও পুরো দেশ থেকে মাত্র ১০ জনের মধ্যে একমাত্র honours student হিসেবে।

ছোট্ট একটা funding-ই আমার research journey-র মোড় ঘুরিয়ে দিয়ে পুরো journey-টাকে অনেক বেশি smooth করে তুলেছিল।

Random একটা research proposal লেখার পরিবর্তে proposal-এর সূক্ষ্ম জায়গাগুলো critical analysis করে লিখতে পারলে, submission দিয়েই আপনি শুরুতেই সেরা ১০০ candidate-এর মধ্যে চলে আসতে পারেন।

তবে, এমন proposal লেখা নিশ্চয়ই আহামরি কঠিন কিছু নয়।
বরং ChatGPT-কে বললে ৩–৫ মিনিটেই আপনাকে একটা random research proposal লিখে দিতে পারে।

কিন্তু সেই ChatGPT-এর লেখা draft কিংবা আপনার নিজের লেখা random proposal-কে একটি সূক্ষ্ম ও super strategic research proposal-এ convert করতে হলে এরপর আরও কিছু কাজ করতে হয়।

যেমন—
1. critical ও argumentative flow তৈরি করা
2. funding প্রতিষ্ঠানের core interest ও priority খুঁজে বের করা
3. এবং আপনার নিজের পছন্দের topic-কে সেটার সাথে align করে final proposal ready করা

এটাই হলো main বিষয়।

Research proposal শুধু দেশীয় funding পাওয়ার জন্যই important নয়;
বরং foreign funding, fellowship, এবং সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হলো বিদেশে higher study-তে scholarship পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রেও এটি খুবই important।

Research funding পাওয়া, research proposal লেখা কিংবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় নিয়ে আর কী কী জানতে চান—যা পরবর্তী পর্বে আলোচনা করা যেতে পারে?

Sunaru Research & Innovation Center-SRIC and Sunaru Academy are pleased to welcome a group of talented students from leading institutions across Bangladesh to our Research Internship Program (April–July 2026).

The selected interns are from several reputed institutions, including the University of Rajshahi, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), University of Barishal, Dhaka College, Chittagong College, Comilla Victoria Government College, Noakhali Government College, and Government Titumir College.

সাধারণ এক তরুণ যখন পরিবারকে দুইবেলা খাওয়াতে পারে না, তখন তার পিঠে ঝুলে পড়ে একটি সস্তা ব্যাগ, হাতে ধরা পড়ে পাসপোর্ট, আর গন্তব্য হয় একটি অচেনা মরুভূমি।
হ্যাঁ, এটাই লেবার মাইগ্রেশন — বহু তরুণের কাছে "আশার দরজা", আবার অনেকের কাছে "বেঁচে থাকার দুঃস্বপ্ন"।

👉 শুধু হবিগঞ্জ নয় — বাংলাদেশের বহু জেলা থেকে শত শত শিক্ষিত-অর্ধশিক্ষিত তরুণ বাধ্য হয়ে পাড়ি জমায় মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে।
কেউ সচ্ছল হয়, কিন্তু তার চেয়েও বেশি সংখ্যক ফিরে আসে ঋণের বোঝা, হতাশা, কিংবা শূন্য হাতে।

📌 প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে—
কেন তারা যাচ্ছেন?
দেশে কি কোনো বিকল্প নেই?
তরুণদের স্থানীয়ভাবে টিকিয়ে রেখে কিছু করার সুযোগ কি একেবারেই নেই?

🔍 আমরা এখন এই প্রশ্নগুলো নিয়েই ভাবছি —
আর খুঁজছি এমন একটি সমাধান, যা পরিবেশ-সচেতনতা, টেকসই উন্নয়ন এবং তরুণদের ভবিষ্যৎ — তিনটিকে এক সুতোয় বাঁধতে পারে।
