Whipping cream is one of the prime ingredients for all cake recipe. Making whipped cream is very easy and you don’t need to use any special tool to make a nice, pure whipped cream. In this recipe you will see how you can make pure, fresh whipped cream at home without any special ingredients, only using milk cream. I will not use any butter or any other ingredients to make this whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1. Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
2. Heavy whipping cream (milk cream): 1 cup

Steps:
1. Pour 1 cup of whipping cream in a bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoon of sugar. If you like, you can add 2/3 drops vanilla extracts.
3. Beat with hand mixture or stand mixture with high speed for 1 minute.
4. Then reduce speed and beat until it is formed properly and a little bit yellowish.
5. Now cream is ready to make any delicious dish.

Note: Don’t over beat or it will turn into butter and will loose sticky and produce water. During overbeat, it will break instantly and no way to recover. So be careful.
