Lycra tension draft=3.3
Lycra waste=0.7 percentage

Lycra conversion factor = ------------------- =Denier
Nec
Calculation: (40/3.3)/(convertion factore)x100+0.70 = Lycra percentage.
Example
(40/3.3)/(5315/30)x100+0.7 =7.54%
Ans: Lycra=7.54%
&
Cotton=(100-7.54)=92.5%

Slub/Meter How to calculate. Lets see......👇👇👇
For Example:
Slub Length- 3.5 x 4.0 x 4.5cm
Slub Dia- 2.1 x 2.1 x 2.1 thickness
Slub Distance- 18.0 x 30.0 x 42.0cm
Slub Thin- 1 x 1 x 1
No. Of Slub How Much?
For Example: (3.5+4.5)+(18+42)=68cm
Average= (68/2)=34.0cm
(1000/34.0)=29.41/10m
No Of Slub per Meter =(29.41/10)=2.941/meter
Ans: 2.941/m no. of slub.
Or,
S.Length(35+40+45)=120mm
S.Dist(180+300+420)=900mm
Total Length=(120+900)=1020
Calculation: (3 x 1000 x 10)/(1020)=29.41
Ans:( 29.41/10)=2.941/meter no Of Slub
NB:
3=No of slub
1000= 1m=1000mm
10= 10m No of Slub
1020= Total Length

How to calculated braks/100 spindle hour?
Total brks x time
------------------------------------------ x 100 = brks/100 spl hr
Total obs. time x total spl

--------------------------- x 100 = 3.27
110 x 200
Ans: 3.27 Breakage/100 spindle hour.
