✅✅ কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাসের জন্য ভূমি অধিগ্রহণের গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি

কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাস নির্মাণের জন্য নির্ধারিত কিশোরগঞ্জ সদর উপজেলার পাঠধা ও রওনন্দনপুর মৌজায় মোট ১০৩.৭৩ একর ভূমি অধিগ্রহণের লক্ষ্যে আজ জেলা প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকে ভূমি অধিগ্রহণ আইন ২০১৭-এর ৪(১) ধারায় গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয়েছে।

এই ১০৩.৭৩ একর জমি এখন আইনত কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের। জেলা প্রশাসনের অনুমতি ব্যতীত এই ভূমিতে কোনো ধরনের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা বা বর্তমান অবস্থার পরিবর্তন সম্পূর্ণভাবে নিষিদ্ধ ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে।

এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাইলফলকের দিনে পরিকল্পনা কমিশনের একটি উচ্চপর্যায়ের প্রতিনিধিদল “কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়-এর জন্য ভূমি অধিগ্রহণ, উন্নয়ন এবং আনুষঙ্গিক কাজ বাস্তবায়ন” শীর্ষক প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি সরেজমিনে পরিদর্শন করেন।

পরিদর্শন দলে উপস্থিত ছিলেন পরিকল্পনা কমিশনের আর্থ-সামাজিক অবকাঠামো বিভাগের সম্মানিত সদস্য (সচিব) ড. কাইয়ুম আরা বেগম এবং প্রধান (অতিরিক্ত সচিব) জনাব মো. আব্দুর রউফ। তাঁরা প্রকল্পের বর্তমান অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনা করেন, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রতিনিধি দল এবং জেলা প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে মতবিনিময় করেন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।

পরিদর্শনকালে প্রতিনিধিদল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বর্তমান কার্যক্রম, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থীদের অবস্থা এবং অস্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাসের চ্যালেঞ্জগুলো সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিতভাবে জানতে চান। তাঁরা প্রকল্পের কাজ যথাযথ প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে দ্রুত বাস্তবায়নের ওপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেন এবং সর্বাত্মক সহযোগিতার আশ্বাস প্রদান করেন।

জেলা প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকেও প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নে ইতিবাচক মনোভাব ব্যক্ত করা হয়। উপস্থিত প্রশাসনের কর্মকর্তারা জানান, গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি জারির মধ্য দিয়ে ভূমি অধিগ্রহণ প্রক্রিয়া একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধাপে প্রবেশ করেছে। অধিগ্রহণ কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরেই ভূমি উন্নয়ন ও সীমানা প্রাচীর নির্মাণের কাজ শুরু হবে।

*_"Innovate, Inspire, Impact"_*

The Business Idea Competition 2025 aims to inspire innovative and entrepreneurial thinking among students across all departments. Participants are encouraged to present business ideas that address real-life problems, promote sustainability, or introduce innovative products/services with social or economic impact.

📅 Event Timeline
Registration Opens: 1st November 2025
Registration & Concept Note Submission Deadline: 7th November 2025
Preliminary Screening: 8th November 2025
Final Presentation & Judging: 10th November 2025
Award Giving Ceremony: 10th November 2025

🧾 Registration Process
Open to all students from every department.
Participants can register individually or as a team (maximum 3 members).
Registration will be conducted through Event Convenor.
Each team must submit a brief (one-page) concept note of their business idea.
Registration Fee- BDT 500.
