Job Responsibilities:
Working with DIFE/RCC, RSC/ACCORD, Buyer’s of industrial factories.
Professional cost effective design for new RCC, Steel Construction (Industrial, Residential, Bridge etc.)
Help with Preparation of production drawing and detailing of steel & RCC structure.
Performing structural analysis and design on buildings and non-building structures including Structural designs.
Prepare DEA/EA reports.
Prepares appropriate documentation supporting evaluations and analysis (calculations, technical reports).
Facing different type engineering meeting for projects in DIFE/RCC, ACCORD/RSC, Client etc.
Detail estimating, preparation of BOQ according to design.
Assisting marketing and sales department and Provides field and site support for engineering projects.
Take proper responsibility to handling project design analysis, report, costing etc.

Employment Status
Full-time

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, AUST,DUET, UAP or any recognized University.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Requirements
1. Strong knowledge about design codes. (BNBC, ACI, UBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, NTPA,AISI, ACCORD/RSC guideline)
2. Strong knowledge and practical work in design software’s (STAAD pro, SAP, ETABs, AutoCAD etc)
3. Work experience with DIFE/RCC, RSC/ACCORD etc.
4. Both males and females are allowed to apply.
5. At least 3-5 years' experience in reputed real estate company.
6. Candidate should have experience in project management.
7. Candidate must be dynamic, hard working & proactive.
