আমি তারিফুল ইসলাম, বর্তমানে জেনারেল এডুকেশন ক্যাডারে কর্মরত আছি। আপনাদের সবাইকে আমার অনলাইন এডুকেশন প্ল্যাটফর্ম “তারিফ একাডেমি”-তে আন্তরিক স্বাগত জানাচ্ছি।

যদিও প্ল্যাটফর্মটি বেশ কিছুদিন আগে তৈরি করেছি, ব্যক্তিগত ব্যস্ততার কারণে নিয়মিত কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যেতে পারিনি। তবে আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে সম্প্রতি আমি দ্বিতীয় কন্যা সন্তানের বাবা হয়েছি। সবাই আমাদের পরিবারের জন্য দোয়া করবেন।

“তারিফ একাডেমি” প্রতিষ্ঠার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো একটি সুন্দর ও কার্যকর Learning Community গড়ে তোলা। আমি শুধু প্রথাগত শিক্ষা নয়, বরং আমার অভিজ্ঞতা, চিন্তাভাবনা ও কার্যকর শিক্ষণ কৌশলগুলো আপনাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করতে চাই।

একজন শিক্ষক হিসেবে আমি খুব কাছ থেকে দেখেছি যে, অনেক শিক্ষার্থীর মধ্যে ইংরেজি নিয়ে ভীতি, আত্মবিশ্বাসের অভাব এবং নিজেকে প্রকাশ করার সংকোচ কাজ করে। তাই আমি চেষ্টা করব ইংরেজির কঠিন ও বিভ্রান্তিকর বিষয়গুলো সহজ, বাস্তবধর্মী ও শিক্ষার্থী-বান্ধব উপায়ে উপস্থাপন করতে।

বিশেষ করে ক্লাস ৫ থেকে ৮ম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এমন কনটেন্ট তৈরি করব, যাতে তারা ইংরেজিকে শুধু একটি বিষয় নয়, বরং একটি ভাষা হিসেবে ভাবতে শেখে। আমি চাই তারা আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে ইংরেজি বলতে, বুঝতে ও ব্যবহার করতে শিখুক।

এছাড়াও আমি বিশ্বাস করি, মুখস্থনির্ভর শিক্ষা নয়; বরং বোঝার মাধ্যমে শেখাই প্রকৃত শিক্ষা। তাই শিক্ষার্থীদের শর্টকাট নির্ভরতা কমিয়ে তাদের বিশ্লেষণধর্মী চিন্তাশক্তি গড়ে তোলার চেষ্টা করব।

আরেকটি বিষয় বিশেষভাবে বলতে চাই—বাংলাদেশের অনেক তরুণ শিক্ষক অসাধারণ সৃজনশীলতা ও নিষ্ঠার সঙ্গে শিক্ষার্থীদের ইংরেজি শেখানোর জন্য কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন। তাদের প্রচেষ্টা আমাকে ভীষণভাবে অনুপ্রাণিত করেছে।

আমি আশা করি, আপনারা সবাই আমার এই যাত্রায় পাশে থাকবেন। আপনাদের উৎসাহ, পরামর্শ ও গঠনমূলক মতামত আমার জন্য অত্যন্ত মূল্যবান।

I am Tariful Islam, currently serving in the General Education Cadre, and I warmly welcome you all to my online educational platform, “Tarif Academy.”

Although I created this platform quite some time ago, personal responsibilities prevented me from remaining consistently active. However, by the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah, I have recently been blessed with my second daughter. I sincerely request your prayers for my family.

The primary goal of Tarif Academy is to build a positive and meaningful learning community where education goes beyond memorization and inspires true understanding. Through this platform, I aim to share my experiences, educational insights, and practical learning strategies with students and learners.

As a classroom teacher, I have closely observed that many students struggle with fear of English, lack of confidence, and hesitation in self-expression. Therefore, I will try to explain difficult and confusing English topics in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner.

Especially for students from Class Five to Class Eight, I want to help them think of English not merely as a subject, but as a language of communication and confidence. My goal is to help young learners speak, understand, and use English more naturally and confidently.

I strongly believe that real education is not based on blind memorization or shortcuts; rather, it is built upon understanding, reasoning, and thoughtful learning.

I would also like to express my admiration for the many talented young teachers of Bangladesh who are working tirelessly and creatively to make English learning easier and more engaging for students. Their dedication has greatly inspired me to share my own ideas and approaches.

I sincerely hope that all of you will accompany me on this journey. Your encouragement, valuable suggestions, and constructive feedback will always inspire me to move forward.
