The core members are the backbone of BAFSKMUNC. They are the ones who make sure everything runs smoothly, from planning events to guiding members and keeping the club organized. They take responsibility for making decisions, coordinating tasks, and making sure every activity reflects the vision and values of the club. Core members handle the planning, communication, and management behind the scenes so that the club functions effectively. They also support and motivate members, solve problems, and ensure that every conference, debate, or project is carried out successfully.

Introducing y'all to our Sub-core. Sub-core members are the ones who make sure the club’s ideas and plans actually come to life. They manage the day to day work, support the smooth running of events, and ensure everything behind the scenes is organized and efficient. They handle coordination, communication, and the operational tasks that keep the club functioning at it’s best. Subcore members bring their skills, effort, and attention to detail to every project, helping the club achieve its goals and maintain its professionalism. Simply put, they are the driving force that turns vision into action and ensures the club runs seamlessly.

Cortex is the heart of our BAFSKMUNC’s thinking. Just like the cortex in the human brain controls thoughts, decisions, and awareness, our club’s Cortex represents the place where ideas are born, explored, and challenged. It is the space where delegates dive deep into global issues, analyze different perspectives, and develop well-thought-out solutions. Cortex stands for critical thinking, curiosity, and informed decision-making. It reminds us that MUN is not just about speaking or debating, but about understanding, researching, and growing as responsible leaders who can approach complex world problems with intelligence, maturity, and vision.
