Directorate of Primary Education প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর হলো বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের একটি অধিদপ্তর।

প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর হলো বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের একটি অধিদপ্তর। এর দায়িত্ব হল প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়সমূহ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষার উন্নয়ন। এর প্রধান কার্যালয় ঢাকার মিরপুরে অবস্থিত। এর প্রধান হলেন উপসচিব পদমর্যাদার একজন মহাপরিচালক এবং বর্তমান মহাপরিচালক হলেন মোঃ আব্দুস সামাদ।
