বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভ ও বাংলা কন্টেন্টভিত্তিক প্রতিষ্ঠান লেখালিখি যৌথভাবে ২০ মে ২০২৬ তারিখে “Story to Screenplay: From Idea to Cinema (চিন্তা থেকে চিত্রনাট্য: বড় পর্দার ভাষা শেখা)” শীর্ষক একটি দিনব্যাপী কর্মশালার আয়োজন করে।

কর্মশালায় অংশ নেন চলচ্চিত্রপ্রেমী ও গল্প নিয়ে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী ২৫ জন অংশগ্রহণকারী। আয়োজনজুড়ে আলোচনা করা হয়— কীভাবে একটি সাধারণ ধারণাকে ধাপে ধাপে দৃশ্য, ঘটনা ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ চিত্রনাট্যে রূপ দেওয়া যায় এবং সেটিকে দর্শক উপযোগী করে তোলা সম্ভব।
কর্মশালার মূল লক্ষ্য ছিল একটি এক লাইনের ভাবনাকে কীভাবে প্রথমে ধারণা, পরে দৃশ্য এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত পূর্ণাঙ্গ গল্পে রূপান্তর করা যায়— সেই প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে বাস্তবভিত্তিক ধারণা প্রদান।

অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের মহা পরিচালক ম. জাভেদ ইকবাল। এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রকল্প পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকার এবং পরিচালক ফারহানা রহমান।
বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের মহা পরিচালক ম. জাভেদ ইকবাল চলচ্চিত্র ও গল্পভিত্তিক এমন আয়োজনের সাফল্য কামনা করেন এবং ভবিষ্যতে আরও বড় পরিসরে এ ধরনের কর্মশালা আয়োজনের সম্ভাবনার কথা তুলে ধরেন।
পরিচালক ফারহানা রহমান অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সামনে বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম ও উদ্যোগ সম্পর্কে আলোকপাত করেন।
প্রকল্প পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকার বলেন, এ ধরনের সৃজনশীল কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে সরকারের সাংস্কৃতিক উদ্যোগে তরুণ ও আগ্রহীদের আরও সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব।

“চিন্তা থেকে চিত্রনাট্য” কর্মশালার প্রধান প্রশিক্ষক হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন তানভীর চৌধুরী। তাঁর রচিত চিত্রনাট্যে নির্মিত সোলজার চলচ্চিত্রটি, যেখানে অভিনয় করেছেন শাকিব খান ও তানজীন তিশা, শিগগিরই দেশব্যাপী মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে।

কর্মশালায় গল্পের নৈতিকতা ও এথিক্স বিষয়ে সেশন পরিচালনা করেন লেখালিখির উদ্যোক্তা সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা।
তানভীর চৌধুরী বলেন, “এখনও অনেক মানুষের মধ্যে গল্প লেখা ও চিত্রনাট্য নির্মাণের কৌশল শেখার আগ্রহ রয়েছে— এটি অত্যন্ত আশাব্যঞ্জক। এ ধরনের কর্মশালার প্রয়োজনীয়তা তাই দিন দিন আরও বাড়ছে।”
লেখালিখির পক্ষ থেকে সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা জানান, ভবিষ্যতে দেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের আগ্রহী অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিয়ে আরও বিস্তৃত পরিসরে কর্মশালা আয়োজনের পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির।

Bangladesh Film Archive and Bangla content-based platform Lekhalikhi jointly organized a day-long workshop titled “Story to Screenplay: From Idea to Cinema” on May 20, 2026.

The workshop brought together 25 film enthusiasts and aspiring storytellers who are actively interested in working with stories and screen content. Throughout the sessions, participants explored how a simple idea can gradually be transformed into scenes, cinematic moments, and eventually a complete screenplay suitable for audiences.

The primary objective of the workshop was to provide practical insights into the process of developing a one-line concept into a structured idea, then into visual scenes, and finally into a full-fledged cinematic narrative.

The event was attended by M. Javed Iqbal, Director General, Bangladesh Film Archive as the chief guest. Among the special guests were Mohammad Ali Sarkar, Project Director and Farhana Rahman, Director Film Archive.

M. Javed Iqbal, Director General, Bangladesh Film Archive, expressed his appreciation for such initiatives centered on storytelling and cinema and shared his optimism about organizing larger-scale workshops of this nature in the future.
Farhana Rahman, Director Film Archive highlighted various activities and initiatives of the Bangladesh Film Archive to the participants.
Mohammad Ali Sarkar, project Director Film Archive stated that creative initiatives like this can encourage greater participation of young and aspiring individuals in different government-supported cultural activities.

The workshop was conducted by screenwriter Tanveer Chowdhury. His upcoming film Soldier, starring Shakib Khan and Tanzin Tisha, is set to be released nationwide soon.
A special session on storytelling ethics was conducted by Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa, founder of Lekhalikhi.

Tanveer Chowdhury said, “It is truly encouraging to see that many people are still eager to learn the craft of storytelling and screenwriting. This proves how important and relevant these kinds of workshops remain today.”
On behalf of Lekhalikhi, Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa shared that the organization plans to organize similar workshops across the country in the future for aspiring storytellers and cinema enthusiasts.

বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভ ও লেখালিখির আয়োজনে এপ্রিল মাসের কর্মশালার বিষয় ছিল ‘এআই ভিত্তিক সম্ভাবনা ও চলচ্চিত্রের ভবিষ্যৎ’।

গত ১৬ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভ এবং কন্টেন্টভিত্তিক প্রতিষ্ঠান লেখালিখি-এর যৌথ আয়োজনে “লেন্সের ওপারে: কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা-নির্ভর গল্প বলার নতুন ভাষা” শীর্ষক একটি দিনব্যাপী কর্মশালার আয়োজন করে।

রাজধানীর বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভ-এর সেমিনার হলে আয়োজিত এ কর্মশালায় আগ্রহী অংশগ্রহণকারীরা সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।

কর্মশালায় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের মহাপরিচালক ম. জাভেদ ইকবাল। এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রকল্প পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকার এবং পরিচালক ফারহানা রহমান।

কর্মশালায় প্রশিক্ষক হিসেবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন হাসিব হাসান চৌধুরী এবং ‘লেখালিখি’-এর উদ্যোক্তা সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা। তারা অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা-নির্ভর গল্প বলার বিভিন্ন দিক ও প্রয়োগ নিয়ে হাতে-কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করেন।

Bangladesh Film Archive and Lekhalikhi organized an April workshop focusing on “AI-Based Possibilities and the Future of Cinema.”

On 16 April 2026, Bangladesh Film Archive, in collaboration with content-based platform Lekhalikhi, arranged a day-long workshop titled “Beyond the Lens: AI-Driven Storytelling.”

Held at the seminar hall of the Bangladesh Film Archive in Dhaka, the workshop brought together enthusiastic participants interested in the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and cinematic storytelling.

The event was attended by the Director General of Bangladesh Film Archive, M. Javed Iqbal, as the Chief Guest. Project Director Mohammad Ali Sarkar and Director Farhana Rahman were also present at the program.

The workshop sessions were conducted by trainers Hasib Hasan Chowdhury and Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa, founder of Lekhalikhi. They provided hands-on training on various applications and creative possibilities of AI-driven storytelling.

কনসেপ্ট ভালো — কিন্তু চিত্রনাট্যটা জমেনি?

প্রায়ই শোনা যায়—
“অভিনয় ভালো, কিন্তু গল্প নেই!”
“সিনেমাটোগ্রাফি দারুণ, কিন্তু গল্পটা ঠিক জমলো না!”
অথবা,
“গল্পটা ভালো ছিল… কিন্তু চিত্রনাট্যে গিয়ে যেন হারিয়ে গেল!”

সিনেমা, নাটক, ওয়েব কনটেন্ট কিংবা বিজ্ঞাপন—যেকোন গল্পনির্ভর কাজের মূল শক্তি হলো তার গল্প বলার ধরন। গল্পের ভিত শক্ত না হলে, শেষ পর্যন্ত দর্শকের মনে থেকে যায় অপূর্ণতা। আর সেখান থেকেই জন্ম নেয় পরের কাজ নিয়ে সংশয়।

LekhaLikhi - লেখালিখি বিশ্বাস করে, গল্পের শেকড় যত মজবুত হবে, তার বিস্তারও হবে তত সমৃদ্ধ। আর সেই গল্প যখন ঠিকভাবে ফুটে ওঠে, তখন দর্শক শুধু দেখে না—অনুভবও করে।

তাই Bangladesh Film Archive ও লেখালিখি যৌথভাবে আয়োজন করেছে একটি বিশেষ কর্মশালা—

বাংলাদেশের বিজ্ঞাপন ও সৃজনশীল জগতে তানভীর চৌধুরী একটি পরিচিত নাম। বহু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্র্যান্ড ও ক্যাম্পেইনের সঙ্গে কাজ করার পাশাপাশি, তাঁর গভীর ভালোবাসার জায়গা সবসময়ই ছিল গল্প ও থিয়েটার।

থিয়েটারের দীর্ঘ চর্চা তাঁকে শিখিয়েছে চরিত্র, দ্বন্দ্ব, সংলাপ, নীরবতা ও দৃশ্য নির্মাণের সূক্ষ্ম ভাষা। তিনি বিশ্বাস করেন—একটি দৃশ্য শুধু লেখা হয় না, সেটি বাঁচতে হয়।

তিনি শুন্য ( SHUNNO ) ব্যান্ডের বহুল আলোচিত গান “বেহুলা”-এর গীতিকার। এছাড়াও তিনি লিখেছেন আসন্ন সোলজার চলচ্চিত্রের চিত্রনাট্য, যেখানে অভিনয় করছেন শাকিব খান এবং পরিচালনায় আছেন সাকিব ফাহাদ। এছাড়াও তিনি ক্রিসমাস ক্যারোলের অন্যতম বাংলা রূপান্তকারী। যে চিত্রনাট্যে টেলিফিল্ম বানিয়েছিলেন পরিচালক শাফায়েত মনসুর রানা।

এই কর্মশালায় তিনি অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিয়ে যাবেন একটি প্রাণবন্ত সৃজনশীল যাত্রায়—যেখানে একটি ছোট্ট ধারণা ধীরে ধীরে খুঁজে নেবে তার সিনেম্যাটিক ভাষা।

বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভ ও লেখালিখির যৌথ উদ্যোগে মার্চ মাসের কর্মশালাটি ছিল সিনেমার পীচ নিয়ে। এই কর্মশালাতে প্রশিক্ষক রাকা নোশিন নাওয়ার সারাদিনব্যাপী বিশ্ববাজারে সিনেমাকে তুলে ধরার কৌশল বিশদভাবে আলোচনা করেন। রাকা নোশিন নিজে এই মুহুর্তে বুসানের ফিল্ম স্কুলে উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য অবস্থান করছেন।

এই কর্মশালাতে বিভিন্ন অঙ্গনের আগ্রহী অংশগ্রহণ করেন। ফলে আলোচনা ও মত বিনিময়ে আইডিয়ার আদান প্রদান ছিল চমকপ্রদ।

এই কর্মশালাতে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের মহাপরিচালক ম. জাভেদ ইকবাল।

আরোও উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের প্রকল্প পরিচালক আলী সরকার, পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ কামরুজ্জামান ভূঁঞা এবং চাষী ফিল্মসের নির্বাহী আন্নি ইসলাম।
এবং সার্বিক তত্বাবধানে ছিলেন লেখালিখির প্রধান নির্বাহী সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা। তিরিশ জন আগ্রহী প্রশিক্ষণার্থী উক্ত কর্মশালায় অংশ নেন। দিনব্যাপী এই কর্মশালার শেষে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের মাঝে সনদপত্র বিতরণ করা হয় ।

লেখালিখির পক্ষ থেকে সকলের জন্য আরেকবার সবাইকে অভিনন্দন।

In March, the joint initiative of Bangladesh Film Archive and Lekhalikhi unfolded a remarkable workshop centered on the art of cinematic pitching. Throughout the day, trainer Raka Noshin Nawer eloquently explored the intricate craft of presenting films to the global marketplace with vision, confidence, and authenticity. Currently pursuing higher studies at the Busan Film School, Raka brought with her not only knowledge, but the living pulse of contemporary world cinema.

The workshop welcomed passionate participants from diverse creative spheres, transforming the space into a vibrant confluence of ideas, conversations, and shared imagination. Every exchange carried the spark of possibility; every perspective enriched the collective experience.

Story Concept to Screenplay” by Lekhalikhi is an immersive workshop designed to explore that journey — from imagination to the screen.

This full-day intensive experience will bring together aspiring writers, filmmakers, storytellers, and creative thinkers to understand how a raw concept evolves into a compelling screenplay for cinema or visual storytelling. Through discussions, breakdowns, collaborative exercises, and practical development sessions, participants will learn the art of shaping stories into scenes, characters, conflicts, and visual narratives.

The vision behind this workshop is not only to teach screenplay structure, but to nurture a new generation of storytellers who can think cinematically while staying rooted in emotion, culture, and originality. হাসিব হাসান চৌধুরী আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে স্বীকৃত একজন সৃজনশীল নেতৃত্বদানকারী ব্যক্তি। তিনি ফ্রান্সের কান শহরে অনুষ্ঠিত বিশ্বখ্যাত ক্যানস লায়নস আন্তর্জাতিক বিজ্ঞাপন উৎসব এবং রাশিয়ার রেড অ্যাপল আন্তর্জাতিক বিজ্ঞাপন উৎসব-এ বিচারক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন। এছাড়াও তিনি কমওয়ার্ডস ঢাকা-এ প্রধান বিচারক হিসেবে যুক্ত ছিলেন এবং এশিয়া বিজ্ঞাপন উৎসব ২০০৯-এ “ফেবুলাস ফোর”-এর একজন হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হন। তিনি কৌশলগত সৃজনশীলতার সঙ্গে কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা-নির্ভর উদ্ভাবনকে একত্রিত করার প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে আসছেন।
কর্মশালার বিশেষ আকর্ষণ ছিল ধাপে ধাপে কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা ব্যবহার করে কনটেন্ট তৈরির একটি সরাসরি প্রদর্শনী, যেখানে ধারণা থেকে শুরু করে দৃশ্য, শট এবং সঙ্গীত নির্মাণ পর্যন্ত পুরো প্রক্রিয়া উপস্থাপন করা হয়। হাসিব হাসান চৌধুরী অংশগ্রহণকারীদের হাতে-কলমে শট নির্মাণ থেকে সঙ্গীত তৈরির পদ্ধতি প্রদর্শন করেন। অন্যদিকে সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ব্যবহার, নৈতিকতা, দায়বদ্ধতা এবং সৃজনশীলতার ভারসাম্য নিয়ে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অধিবেশন পরিচালনা করেন।
কর্মশালার সভাপতি ও বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের মহাপরিচালক তার বক্তব্যে বলেন, সিনেমার ভবিষ্যৎ খুব দ্রুত কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা নির্ভর হয়ে উঠতে পারে, তাই এখন থেকেই প্রস্তুতি নেওয়া প্রয়োজন।
প্রকল্প পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকার বলেন, সরকারের বিভিন্ন কাজেও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ব্যবহার দ্রুত বাড়ছে। কনটেন্ট তৈরি থেকে তথ্য যাচাই—সব ক্ষেত্রেই দক্ষ জনবল তৈরির প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।
পরিচালক ফারহানা রহমান তার শুভেচ্ছা বক্তব্যে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের সামনে বাংলাদেশ ফিল্ম আর্কাইভের কার্যক্রম ও ভূমিকা তুলে ধরেন।
লেখালিখির কর্ণধার সৈয়দা ফারজানা জামান রুম্পা ভবিষ্যতেও চলচ্চিত্র ও এর বিভিন্ন দিক নিয়ে আরও কর্মশালা আয়োজনের প্রত্যাশা ব্যক্ত করেন।
দিনব্যাপী এই কর্মশালা শেষে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মাঝে সনদপত্র বিতরণ করা হয়।

Dhaka, 16 April 2026: Bangladesh Film Archive, in collaboration with content-based platform Lekhalikhi, organized a day-long workshop titled “Beyond the Lens: AI-Driven Storytelling”.

The workshop was held at the seminar hall of the Bangladesh Film Archive, where enthusiastic participants actively took part throughout the sessions.

The Director General of the Bangladesh Film Archive, M. Javed Iqbal, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Also present were Project Director Mohammad Ali Sarkar and Director Farhana Rahman.

The workshop was conducted by trainers Hasib Hasan Chowdhury and Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa, founder of Lekhalikhi. They provided hands-on training on various aspects and applications of AI-driven storytelling.

Hasib Hasan Chowdhury is an internationally recognized creative leader who has served as a jury member at prestigious events such as Cannes Lions Advertising Festival and Red Apple Advertising Festival. He has also been a Grand Jury member at Commwards Dhaka and was selected as one of the “Fabulous Four” at ADFEST Asia 2009. He continues to train professionals by integrating strategic creativity with AI-driven innovation.

A key highlight of the workshop was a step-by-step live demonstration of AI-based content creation, showcasing the entire process from concept development to visual generation, shot creation, and music production. Hasib Hasan Chowdhury demonstrated hands-on techniques for creating shots and generating music using AI tools. Meanwhile, Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa conducted an important session on the ethical use of AI, focusing on responsibility and the balance between creativity and technology.

In his remarks, the Director General of the Bangladesh Film Archive emphasized that AI could become the future of cinema at any time, and preparation must begin now. Project Director Mohammad Ali Sarkar highlighted the growing importance of AI in various sectors, stating that from content creation to fact-checking, the demand for AI expertise is rapidly increasing.

Director Farhana Rahman, in her welcome speech, introduced the participants to the roles and activities of the Bangladesh Film Archive.

Syeda Farzana Zaman Rumpa, founder of Lekhalikhi, expressed her intention to organize more workshops in the future focusing on cinema and its evolving dimensions.

At the end of the day-long workshop, certificates were distributed among the participants.
