Job Title: Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence by providing high-quality Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) solutions, Voltage Stabilizers and Power Protection products to corporate, industrial, and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Technical Consultation: Understand client power requirements and propose the most effective EPI UPS solutions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements
• Education: B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a BBA/MBA from a reputed university. (Technical background is highly preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the similar sector.
• Skills:
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Excellent communication in both English and Bengali.
o Ability to explain technical specifications to non-technical buyers.
• Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently for client meetings.
