We deeply mourn the passing of Mr. A. A. Kamruzzaman. He was the chairman of Casper Foundation and was a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Asia Pacific, and was the Chairman of the board during 2012-13. He was an accomplished and noted businessman in the IT sector since the 70s and has thus created opportunities in IT, capital machinery, paper manufacturing, textile, and OMR (optical mark reader). He was a great leader and a man with a golden heart.

He was the first donor of FreeTheMind, which led to providing Basic ICT Literacy to the students of Government Primary Schools. The students got to learn to code and attain 21st-century skills due to his donation of computers and computer equipment for the schools and for his direct support and well wishes for our initiatives.

May his soul Rest In Peace.
