The Alumni Association of Department of Business Administration of University of Asia Pacific (AA-DBA-UAP) organized a Seminar on âHow Alumni can contribute in fostering the Development of the Universityâ in the UAP â Auditorium, on 18 May 2026, where fellow Alumni, Current Students, Honorable Faculty members and Management of the University were present.
The occasion was graced by Honorable Chairman of Board of Trustees, Mr. KM Mozibul Hoque, Acting VC Prof. Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Head of Business School Mr. Sarwar Razzak Chowdhury and the convenor of AA-DBA-UAP Mr. Fahim Adnan Khan

The tragic loss of Ramisa is a heartbreaking reminder that violence against women remains a serious crisis in our society. Justice must not only be demanded but ensured â so that no family has to endure such pain again. May her soul rest in peace, and may humanity rise above cruelty and silence.
The brutal abuse and tragic death of Ramisa has not only devastated a family but also shamed humanity as a whole. Every monster involved in this barbaric crime must face the highest and most exemplary punishment, so that no criminal ever dares to commit such a horrifying act again. Justice must not only be swift, but also uncompromising, public, and remembered as a historic example. Praying for the eternal peace of Ramisaâ soul.

Today, we, along with our Convenor Fahim Adnan Khan and conveying Faculty Jemin Sultana Madam, officially met and invited our Honorable Chairman of the Board of Trustees, University of Asia Pacific, Mr. Mozibul Hoqque, and our Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor respectively to our upcoming seminar.
Both of the Sirs happily accepted our invitation and ensured that they will join the seminar. Moreover, they also appreciated that we took such initiative as Alumni.

Have an effective and great discussion with Abeeda Rahman Rumky apu for the upcoming alumni program. We brief her the overall activities which will be planned for the program.
Apu is now working as a Country Head of Saudia Cargo and also the first female of Bangladesh, who had appointed for the position.

Discussion held about the upcoming alumni program and how to make it more attractive and successful. We have already prepared the activity list of what we will be doing in the upcoming program. And also today one of our alumni member Nuruddin Pias showed us the progress of our alumni website which is turning out to be a superb one.
Hopefully, we will have a grand and successful program ahead.
