B. IF YOUR IDENTIFICATION IS PRESENT IN MULTIPLE SECTIONS OR MULTIPLE GROUPS, OR BOTH.

D. There are more than 1,500 students. There is a high likelihood that your name is absent due to a system malfunction.

Urgent Notice 01
The Student Information form will be open from 10.00 PM tonight to 10.00 PM Tomorrow 18th December, If you have not filled it then do it.
If you miss it now then you will not get any more opportunity to do so.

Notice 3
Guardian form will be avaliable Sunday from 11.30 to 1.30 PM
If you miss it then you will be allowed to go to LFE

You must ensure you submit it by 18th from 11.30 to 1.30 P.M

NOTICE 1.
MANDATORY ATTENDANCE 20TH.
There will be two-part orientation.
A. Central Orientation
Saturday Date: 20 th December,2025 Time: 11.30 am (Sharp) Venue: IUB Auditorium ***Following the completion of the central orientation, students head to their individual section orientations accompanied by their assigned faculty members and monitors.
B. Venue wise orienation with Faculties
Training session schedule and location: December 21 st and 22 nd ,
you will be informed later. ***
