The session offered valuable insights into contemporary recruitment practices and the evolving expectations of employers in today’s competitive job market. Mr. Shohag emphasized the importance of career readiness, highlighting techniques to stand out among numerous candidates and the professional competencies employers seek.

💡 Students were encouraged to actively use career platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor to explore opportunities and understand organizational expectations. The workshop also introduced the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) as a structured approach to answering interview questions effectively.

Overall, the program served as an enriching learning experience, equipping students with practical knowledge and essential skills to strengthen their employability and professional development.
