Successfully completed Day 1 of the Two-Day Executive Development Program for the executives of Brandix Bangladesh.

What an energetic and engaging day of learning, reflection, practice, and meaningful conversations!

Today’s sessions focused on strengthening the capabilities that today’s executives need to communicate with impact, lead effectively, collaborate better, and create greater value at work.

Stage-এ ওঠার আগে এই Simple Trick-টা করুন!

Public Speaking-এর আগে nervous লাগছে?

Heart beat বেড়ে যাচ্ছে? শরীর tense হয়ে যাচ্ছে?

তাহলে একবার Body Shake করে দেখুন!

হাত-পা ও শরীরকে কয়েক সেকেন্ড হালকা shake করুন। এতে শরীরের physical tension ও nervous energy release করতে সাহায্য করতে পারে—তারপর deep breath নিয়ে stage-এ উঠুন।

Nervousness-কে fight না করে, body-কে reset করুন!

মুখের জড়তা কাটাবেন কীভাবে?

কথা বলতে গেলে অনেকেরই মনে হয়—
“কথাগুলো মাথায় আছে, কিন্তু মুখ দিয়ে ঠিকমতো বের হচ্ছে না!”

এটাই হতে পারে মুখের জড়তা।

জড়তা কাটাতে শুধু বেশি কথা বললেই হবে না। দরকার সঠিকভাবে ও নিয়মিত Practice।

✅ ১. মুখ ও জিহ্বার Warm-up করুন
কথা বলার আগে কিছুক্ষণ ঠোঁট, জিহ্বা ও চোয়ালের movement করুন।

✅ ২. Tongue Twister Practice করুন
ধীরে শুরু করুন, তারপর গতি বাড়ান। এতে articulation ও pronunciation-এর control বাড়ে।

✅ ৩. জোরে জোরে পড়ুন
প্রতিদিন ৫–১০ মিনিট বই, পত্রিকা বা যেকোনো ভালো লেখা উচ্চস্বরে পড়ুন।

মনে রাখবেন—
জড়তা একদিনে কাটে না।
কিন্তু প্রতিদিনের ছোট ছোট Practice একদিন আপনার কথাকেই আপনার শক্তিতে পরিণত করবে।

প্রতিদিন একইভাবে কাজ করে, একই সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে, একই জায়গায় থেকে—নতুন ফলাফল আশা করা কঠিন।

নতুন কিছু শিখুন।
নতুনভাবে চেষ্টা করুন।
নতুন মানুষের সঙ্গে কথা বলুন।
নতুন অভিজ্ঞতা নিন।
প্রয়োজনে ভুল করুন—কিন্তু নতুন কিছু করার সাহস রাখুন।

কারণ Change in Action creates Change in Results.
