HELP.
Shifat, our CMO, has been running all of Kaaj Shikhi's social media by himself. He would very much like to stop.
We're hiring a Social Media & Content Manager.
Kaaj Shikhi prepares Bangladeshi workers for jobs abroad: etiquette, language, trade skills, and a real understanding of the country they're flying into. The content you make will be watched by people deciding whether to take the biggest risk of their lives. It's not a small job.
What you'll do:
· Own the content calendar.
· Build hooks, ideas and campaigns.
· Write Bangla captions, scripts, and copy people actually finish reading.
· Run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite.
· Turn what our audience asks into what we post next.
· Support basic paid social. Read the numbers and act on them.
What you need:
· চমৎকার বাংলা লেখার হাত — this is the one thing we won't compromise on.
· Be a good storyteller with the ability to think strategically, not just creatively.
· Two to three years somewhere near this work.
· Real curiosity about migrant workers.
· Ideas of your own, and the nerve to argue for them.
· A degree helps; a portfolio helps more.
