যেখানে ডিপ্লোমা থেকে বিএসসি করতে ন্যুনতম ৪ বছর লাগে,সেখানে ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা দিয়েই ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হয়ে যাচ্ছে।
এই না হল সিন্ডিকেটের খেলা।
