Nurture360: Childcare setup and training

Bonikbarta recently featured my professional journey and the work behind Nurture360.

After years of working in early childhood development and managing large-scale childcare operations, I took a career break that gave me the space to rethink quality, sustainability, and scalability in the childcare sector. That reflection led to the formation of Nurture360.

Through Nurture360, I work with organizations, employers, and childcare providers on daycare set-up, operational systems, staff training, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on compliance, child safeguarding, and long-term viability.

I’m grateful to the institutions and partners who have trusted this work and collaborated with us to strengthen childcare services in Bangladesh. The article captures both the transition and the intent behind building a structured, professional childcare support model.

I recently completed the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) Training of Trainers (ToT) Certificate course.

I am grateful to our Master Trainer, Quazi M. Ahmed bhai for facilitating the sessions with clarity and professionalism, which made the learning experience both practical and engaging. The course followed a hybrid format, combining online and in-person sessions. As part of the process, we conducted two practice training sessions and received thoughtful feedback from peers.

Overall, it was a rewarding experience that strengthened my facilitation and training skills.

I attended a workshop on Advancing Disability Inclusion Strategies for Success hosted by Jigsaw Consultants Bangladesh, and it was truly eye-opening.

Representatives from seven organizations came together to discuss workplace accessibility, inclusive recruitment and the broader context of disability inclusion in Bangladesh.

One exercise stood out: some of us were blindfolded, others had our hands or feet tied, and we were told to walk around and make tea or coffee. Even that simple task felt incredibly difficult, and it gave me a small but powerful understanding of the barriers people with disabilities face every day. The session was informative, practical and a strong reminder that inclusion starts with awareness and small, intentional actions.

🌿 It wasn’t a training or a workshop — it was a Leadership Lab.

Grateful to Oxfam in Bangladesh for the opportunity to be one of 16 participants in the Anirban: Rise & Lead program — a space to unlearn, relearn, and reflect on what leadership truly means.

No PPTs. No handouts. No curriculum.
Just five days of deep reflection, growth, and connection — disconnected from the world but deeply connected within.

Honored to have shared this journey with some truly inspiring co-participants — brilliant minds and generous hearts.

Leadership isn’t given. It’s cultivated.
