📢 We're Hiring: Support Associate (Loan Support & Merchant Acquisition)

TalentSharpner is looking for a driven, field-ready professional to join our team as a Support Associate, supporting loan operations and merchant acquisition in the Kalampur, Dhamrai area.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, on-ground position where you'll work closely with office and center managers to support cash-in/cash-out (CICO) activities, assist with loan disbursement and re-collection, and help identify and onboard PRA Merchants from among our borrower network. If you enjoy fieldwork, building relationships, and being part of a fast-moving operational team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
✅ Support loan disbursement and re-collection with accurate documentation and verification
✅ Facilitate CICO transactions and resolve real-time field issues
✅ Identify and onboard eligible borrowers as PRA Merchants, including KYC support
✅ Submit daily/weekly activity reports and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank pilot guidelines

What We're Looking For
🎓 Bachelor's degree minimum (Master's preferred)
💼 1–2 years of experience in microfinance, banking support, agent banking, MFS, sales, or consulting
🗣️ Strong Bangla communication and basic English for reporting
📱 Comfortable with a smartphone/apps, high integrity, and a customer-first attitude
🚴 Willing to travel extensively in the field and work flexible hours

Compensation
💰 Fixed monthly basic: Tk. 12,000
➕ Attendance allowance up to Tk. 2,400
➕ Performance & special incentives up to Tk. 5,000

📍 Location: Kalampur, Dhamrai (preferred)
📅 Contract: 3 months, extendable

Most students here have no legal way to earn while studying, so they built their own system out of tutoring. We just made sure nobody takes a cut of it.
