They say you gotta be consistent
What they don’t say: you gotta be consistent with the that you’re playing online!
It’s just a temporary illusion that your viral fever is drowning in.
Know the game you’re in
Know your role and act up cause
wayyy too many in the team already
Where’s your
Three ground rules that most of our beloved creators aren’t following:
1. Do your homework. Low-effort, surface-level content dies real quick
2.Start dating analytics — learn your audience, behavior, CTA and what’s working.
Unless you like sushi from italy and pizza in Africa.
3. Every mundane task, such as content planning, roadmaps, audits, and reports = far more important than what’s trending on .
Content.. video.. showbiz — looks very glamorous from the outside.
once you step into the jungle, you’ll realize it’s an industry where you have to play brain-draining games just to survive.
Think outside the box? That’s too risky.
Try a formula? No one will initially bet on you.
Pitching an idea? deadlifting would be gorilla is easier…

Just stumbled upon my 2020 bhai brothers production checklist
We all had to follow it religiously.
Sad part? I didn’t get to penalize a single person (we had interesting penalties for each f**kups)
Not because I was easy going — but because nobody slipped.
That’s what happens when people have skin in the game and take full ownership 💯
Don’t just work for the paycheck — that’s a slave mindset.
Just shed some tears of joy and gratitude
Some ideas don’t start in boardrooms.
They start with belief.
Still feels unreal that a wild idea called Boom became a real thing because a few people decided to trust it.
To the management and investors who said, “Let’s build it” — your trust changed my life. 🙏
What made it even more special is how it started.
My first “team” wasn’t built through CVs and interviews.
It was my YouTube friends turning into co-builders.
People like Shouvik, Zaki, and so many others who showed up with heart, chaos, jokes, late nights, and zero guarantees.
And working alongside friends like Nabila and Nazia made the whole journey even richer.
I still don’t know how good I am as a boss.
I’m still learning, still messing up, still growing.
But I know this:
This was my first job, my first team, and my first real leap.
One day I’ll tell my grandkids about this chapter.
How Boom began with friends, faith, and a ridiculous amount of hope.
One ☝🏼 Love 💌 Boom💥
