📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Course Registration for Summer 2026

The Department of Human Resource Management, IUB invites students to enroll in HRM483: Workplace Counselling and Negotiation for the upcoming Summer 2026 semester.

Eligibility: This course is exclusively available to students who joined Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) from 2023 onwards.

This course is designed to help you develop essential workplace skills, including effective communication, handling sensitive employee issues, and navigating organizational challenges with confidence.

- Strengthen your counselling and interpersonal skills
- Build expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation

Registration Details:
Interested and eligible students should register via IRAS. Please note that seats are limited; early enrollment is encouraged to secure your place in this specialized course.

We strongly encourage all students and our respected alumni of the HRM Department to complete their registration and be a part of a dynamic day at Independent University, Bangladesh. The Department of Human Resource Management, IUB & the Independent HR Society - IHRS warmly welcome everyone to join us in celebrating International HR Day 2026 at Independent University, Bangladesh, under this year’s global theme “Empower People to Lead Change.” This theme highlights the importance of empowering individuals in the workplace, strengthening leadership capabilities, and enabling people to drive meaningful change in a rapidly evolving professional world.

We are especially excited to welcome our respected HR alumni to reconnect and celebrate with us. Alumni are warmly invited to join the event, complete their registration, and be a part of this special event. We are expecting participation from HR Heads and industry leaders representing nearly 50 leading companies.
