STEMON BD is looking for a dynamic and communication-focused individual to join as a Programming & Robotics Instructor with a clear growth path to a Coordinator role.

Ideal for candidates who enjoy:
👨‍🏫 Teaching students

🏫 Organizing educational programs with schools

🗓️ Work Schedule
🔹 Training Period (First 3–4 Months): 6 working days
5 days conducting classes at schools
Friday: Training Day at Gulshan Office

Weekend: Saturday only

🔹 After Training Completion:
5 working days (Sunday–Thursday)
🎉 Friday & Saturday will be weekends

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct programming & robotics classes at office and partner schools
✅ Deliver engaging lessons for school students
✅ Communicate with school coordinators, teachers, and management
✅ Manage relationships with partner schools and institutions
✅ Organize science fairs, robotics workshops, demo classes, and presentations
✅ Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and program ex*****on
✅ Support onboarding, documentation, and reporting activities

🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in CSE / EEE / Engineering-related field
🐍 Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)
⚙️ Basic robotics knowledge (Arduino or similar platforms)
🗣️ Strong communication and coordination skills
