A strong legal education is the foundation of your professional journey. Our LLB pathway is intended for students who want to study law and prepare for further progression, including professional Bar training where eligible.

Becoming a barrister requires completing the applicable professional stages and meeting the relevant entry and qualification requirements. An LLB or LLM alone does not confer barrister status.

🎓 ALREADY A GRADUATE?

Graduate entry route available! Speak with our team about how your existing degree may support entry into law. LLM opportunities are also available for applicants who meet the relevant postgraduate entry requirements.

🎙️ Marvelous Podcast | Season 1, Episode 1
🇬🇧 Episode name: UK Student Visa Within 24 Hours
Welcome to the very first episode of Marvelous Podcast! 🎉
Today, I am delighted to welcome a special guest, my student Md. Rasel Ali, who received his UK Student Visa within just 24 hours, without any UKVI interview, to join the third year (Level 6) of the LLB (Hons) Law programme at Bangor University through credit transfer. 🎓⚖️
As his teacher, it is a proud moment for me to welcome him to this first episode and celebrate his journey from Marvelous Academy in Bangladesh to the next chapter of his legal education in the United Kingdom.
🎤 Host: Barrister Salman Hasan Rafi
🎓 Special guest: Md. Rasel Ali, student at Marvelous Academy
Rasel successfully completed the ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law at Marvelous Academy before securing direct progression to the final year of Bangor University’s LLB (Hons) Law programme. He also completed his English Language Test through Marvelous Academy, bringing together his academic qualification and English language preparation with us.
His visa timeline made this achievement even more memorable:
🗓️ Visa application submitted: 17 September 2026
✅ Visa granted: 18 September 2026
⏱️ Processing time: Just 24 hours
🎤 UKVI interview: Not required
🏛️ University: Bangor University
⚖️ Programme: LLB (Hons) Law — third-year entry through credit transfer
In this opening episode, we talk about Rasel’s journey: studying law at Marvelous Academy, progressing from an ATHE qualification to a UK university, preparing for the admission and visa process, and receiving that much-awaited visa decision.
For students and parents interested in studying law in the UK, his experience offers a closer look at the steps involved in this pathway, from completing a qualification in Bangladesh to preparing for the final year of a UK law degree.
🤝 The support behind his journey
From the initial university application to the final visa decision, Marvelous Overseas managed and supported Rasel’s admission and visa process, including:
✅ Bangor University application and offer processing
✅ CAS documentation and processing
✅ CAS interview preparation
✅ Visa documentation and application
✅ Guidance throughout the admission journey
His experience shows how an ATHE law qualification completed in Bangladesh can support progression to a UK degree, subject to the university’s admission and credit-transfer requirements.
Heartiest congratulations once again, Rasel! The entire Marvelous Academy and Marvelous Overseas family wishes you every success at Bangor University and in your future legal career. We look forward to seeing what you achieve next. ❤️🎓

🎓 UK Honours Degree
