Our Robotics Club teams Jontro Joddha and Operation Void have won Bronze Medals 🏅🏅 at the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Bangladesh 2025, hosted by United International University (UIU).

This achievement speaks volumes about the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our participants. Competing on such a prestigious platform and securing medals is a huge milestone — you’ve made us all proud! 🏆✨

Big congratulations once again to Team Jontro Joddha and Team Operation Void — you’ve written history for our club. In Sha Allah, this is just the beginning of even bigger successes ahead. 🌟

Alhamdulliah by the grace of Allah all of our 6 teams have made it to the national round. 🥳🥳
We are also proud to say that 2 of our teams secured 1st and 4th position in the junior division.
Congratulations to all the students and we pray that you will do better in the future.

Today, our WRO participants are spending the day at Robodemy Lab working on their projects. From morning till 1 pm, they are busy building, testing, and making final adjustments with full dedication.

Under the guidance of Toufiq Sir and with all team members present, the lab is filled with ideas, teamwork, and creativity. InshaAllah, today’s hard work will take them a big step closer to their final goal.

Bangladeshi university teams have once again demonstrated their exceptional capabilities on the global stage at the prestigious University Rover Challenge (URC) 2025, which took place at the Mars Desert Research Station in Utah, United States. Among 38 distinguished university teams from across the globe, four teams from Bangladesh achieved commendable rankings.

The UIU Mars Rover team from United International University (UIU) secured an impressive 6th place, while the BRACU Mongol-Tori team from BRAC University (BRACU) attained the 8th position. Additionally, the MIST Mongol Barota team from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) finished in 14th place, and Project Altair from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) ranked 18th.

This year’s competition attracted participants from prestigious institutions such as the University of British Columbia, Cornell University, and IIT Bombay, thereby underscoring the significance of the accomplishments of the Bangladeshi teams on an international scale.

The University Rover Challenge, organized annually by The Mars Society, represents the premier robotics competition for college students globally, focusing on the design and construction of next-generation Mars rovers.

The strong performance exhibited by Bangladeshi teams highlights the increasing talent and innovation emerging from the country’s universities in the fields of robotics and space technology, solidifying their position as notable competitors on the global stage.

Alhamdulillah, I am very delighted to share some wonderful news with you. Our team from BISC has successfully participated in the *7th World Invention Competition and Exhibition (WICE) 2025* in *IT & Robotics category* and has been *selected for the National Camp,* Alhamdulillah.

During the National Camp, the team will undergo *further grooming and preparation to represent Bangladesh at the International Round,* which is scheduled to take place in *Malaysia this September, In Sha Allah.*

"Team Voyager" is set to embark on an inspiring journey to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Washington, DC, representing Bangladesh at the global NASA Space Apps Challenge. On June 4, they will proudly receive the esteemed "Global Award," a historic milestone for our nation.

Competing against 100,000 participants from approximately 200 countries, Team Voyager from Barendra University, Rajshahi, has risen to the top in the world's largest scientific hackathon organized by NASA. Their selection as the best team exemplifies the extraordinary talent and innovative spirit of our youth.

We stand united in pride for Team Voyager's remarkable achievement on behalf of Bangladesh.
