📌Topic: Eusol, Hexisol এবং Hydrogen Peroxide সম্পর্কে জেনে নিন 👇 (খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ) 😊

🔴 তিনটি দ্রব্য—Eusol, Hexisol, এবং Hydrogen Peroxide—প্রধানত জীবাণুনাশক ও ক্ষত পরিষ্কারে ব্যবহৃত হয়। নিচে প্রতিটির বিস্তারিত আলোচনা দেওয়া হলো:

1. Eusol (Edinburgh University Solution of Lime)

✅ উদ্দেশ্য: Wound cleaning & antiseptic solution
✅ উপাদান: Chlorinated Lime (Calcium Hypochlorite) + Boric Acid
✅ রং: হালকা হলদে
✅ ব্যবহার:

▪️Infected wounds পরিষ্কার করতে
▪️Surgical dressing-এর আগে জীবাণুনাশক হিসেবে
▪️Necrotic tissue remove করার ক্ষেত্রে

✅ কাজের ধরণ:

▪️এটি একটি oxidizing agent হিসেবে কাজ করে।
▪️Hypochlorous acid তৈরি করে, যা ক্ষতস্থানে জীবাণু ধ্বংস করে।

✅ সতর্কতা:

দীর্ঘসময় ব্যবহারে healthy tissue ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে।

আলো ও তাপে সংবেদনশীল—অন্ধকার ও ঠান্ডা স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করতে হয়।

2. Hexisol Hand Rub

✅ উদ্দেশ্য: Alcohol-based hand disinfectant

✅ উপাদান:

▪️Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution 2.5% w/v
▪️Isopropyl Alcohol 70%

✅ ব্যবহার:

▪️Surgical hand scrub
▪️Routine hand disinfection in healthcare settings
▪️রোগীর স্পর্শ করার আগে জীবাণুমুক্ত করার জন্য

✅ কাজের ধরণ:

▪️Chlorhexidine: Broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent (Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria)
▪️Isopropyl Alcohol: Rapid action germ killer

✅ সুবিধা:

▪️জল ছাড়া ব্যবহারযোগ্য
▪️দ্রুত শুকায়
▪️দীর্ঘক্ষণ জীবাণুনাশক প্রভাব রাখে

✅ সতর্কতা:

▪️খোলা ক্ষতে ব্যবহার নয়
▪️আগুন থেকে দূরে রাখতে হবে (flammable)

3. Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂)

✅ উদ্দেশ্য: Mild antiseptic and oxidizing agent
✅ ঘনত্ব: সাধারনত 3% solution ব্যবহার হয়

✅ ব্যবহার:

▪️Minor cuts ও abrasions পরিষ্কারে
▪️Oral rinse (diluted form) – মুখের ঘা বা ইনফেকশনে
▪️Wound debridement – pus, necrotic tissue সরাতে সহায়তা করে

✅ কাজের ধরণ:

▪️অক্সিজেন বের করে ক্ষতের ওপর ফেনা তৈরি করে
▪️জীবাণু ধ্বংস করে এবং ডেড টিস্যু নরম করে

✅ সতর্কতা:

▪️চোখে লাগলে বিপদজনক
▪️অধিক ঘনত্বে ব্যবহার বিপজ্জনক
▪️দীর্ঘসময় ব্যবহারে healthy tissue নষ্ট করতে পারে
