On 22 June 2026, the Department of English, Daffodil International University successfully organized “Inspiring Futures: Alumni–Fresher Connections, Internship Opportunities & IELTS Recognition | Summer 2026, bringing together students, alumni, faculty members, and distinguished guests for a day of inspiration, networking, and celebration.

A special highlight of the event was the participation of Gonzalo Cazenave, Argentine Travel writer, Author and Round-the-world hitchhiker as the guest speaker. He shared inspiring stories from his global journeys, encouraging students to embrace curiosity, resilience, and lifelong learning.

The program created valuable opportunities for freshers to connect with the department’s alumni, explore internship possibilities, and gain insights into future career paths. Students who achieved outstanding IELTS results were recognized for their accomplishments, while those who successfully completed the ELSA Proficiency Course were awarded certificates in recognition of their dedication and language development.

With great pride and excitement, the Department of English warmly welcomes the 66th Batch and looks forward to supporting them on a journey of academic excellence, personal growth, and endless opportunities.
