“Future Business Leaders Start Here” Successfully Held .

Organized by the Business Club on 15.06.2026 at the Conference Room of the Marketing Department, Jagannath University.

The program warmly welcomed the newly admitted Professional MBA Marketing 10th Batch students and created a wonderful bonding opportunity among current and former Business Club members.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Imranul Haque , Advisor of the Business Club and Chairman of the Marketing Department, along with Special Guest Prof. Dr Mahmudul Hasan Fouji ,Program Director.

Program Highlights:

• Introduction & exposure of the current Business Club Committee 2025–2026
• Farewell to the previous committee 2024–2025
• Certificate giving ceremony for former President Amrita Biswas Manika and Vice President Saief Hasan Yousuf.
• Motivational speeches by department teachers, club leaders, and students
• Cultural performances by current committee members and 10th Batch students.
• Special performances by Atika Shekh ,Ariful Islam from 10th Batch and Current committee Joint Secretary Mirza Airin Tonne.

জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ইতিহাসে প্রথমবারের মতো চালু হওয়া ‘ভাইস চ্যান্সেলর রিসার্চ অ্যাওয়ার্ড (২০২৩–২০২৪)’ অর্জন করায় জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মার্কেটিং বিভাগের সম্মানিত শিক্ষক অধ্যাপক ড. Imranul Hoque স্যারকে আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।

তিনি “Implementing and sustaining lean, buyer-supplier role, and COVID-19 pandemic: insights from the garment industry of Bangladesh” শীর্ষক গবেষণা প্রবন্ধের জন্য বিজনেস স্টাডিজ অনুষদ থেকে এ সম্মানজনক পুরস্কার লাভ করেছেন।

স্যারের এই অর্জন জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের গবেষণা কার্যক্রমকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ ও অনুপ্রাণিত করবে—এই প্রত্যাশা রইল।

পবিত্র রমাদানের এক মাস সিয়াম সাধনার পর এলো আনন্দের ঈদ। এই ঈদ শুধু খুশির নয়, এটি আমাদের ভ্রাতৃত্বের বন্ধনকে আরও দৃঢ় করার এক মহৎ সুযোগ।

রমাদান আমাদের শিখিয়েছে ধৈর্য, সহমর্মিতা আর একে অপরের কষ্ট বোঝার শিক্ষা। সেই শিক্ষাকে হৃদয়ে ধারণ করে আসুন আমরা সবাই মিলেমিশে থাকি, ভেদাভেদ ভুলে ভালোবাসার বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হই।

এই ঈদে হোক ক্ষমা, হোক নতুন করে সম্পর্ক গড়ার সূচনা। ধনী-গরিব, ছোট-বড় সবাই মিলে ভাগাভাগি করি আনন্দ, ছড়িয়ে দেই মানবতার আলো।

On Friday, 6 March 2026, the Business Club of the Marketing Department, Jagannath University successfully organized a beautiful Iftar Mahfil, bringing together students and respected faculty members in the spirit of Ramadan.

We were honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Imranul Haque, Chief Advisor of Business Club and Chairman, Department of Marketing, as our Chief Guest. His inspiring words made the evening more meaningful.

We were also delighted to have Dr. Mahmudul Hasan Fouji, Advisor of Business Club and Program Director, MBA (Professional), as our Special Guest, whose valuable presence added great significance to the program.

The evening was filled with unity, gratitude, and the blessings of Ramadan as everyone shared memorable moments together.
