1. Obsequious: excessively submissive.
Synonym - servile, sycophantic, minion

2. Puerile: immature and childish.
Synonym - juvenile

3. Construe: interpret in a particular way.
Synonym- understand, read, parse, decode
Example: His words can be construed as praise.

4. Contrite: Feeling or expressing remorse.

5. Enervate:
Sap the emergy out of someone; fatigue.
Synonym - exhaust, weary, enfeeble.
Example: The sun is continuously enervating the players.
