This weekly initiative will be organized by BlackBox with the purpose of improving academic English fluency, confidence, and effective speaking skills.
In every session, an academic topic will be shared one night earlier or instantly, and each participant will have 3 minutes to speak in a friendly and judgment-free environment.

On July 5, 2025, BlackBox — the vibrant student association of Public Administration students affiliated with Bijoy Ekattor Hall — came together for a heartfelt and spirited event, celebrating gratitude, transition, and togetherness.

The program was organized to express our deepest appreciation to Mr. Maruf Hasan Rumi, the beloved patron and heart of BlackBox, for his unwavering support, mentorship, and visionary leadership over the years. As he embarks on his next academic journey pursuing a PhD at Texas Tech University, USA, the entire BlackBox family stood united in wishing him boundless success and good health.

The event also featured:

✅ Orientation of the 55th Batch Members, welcoming the newest minds into the BlackBox fold — a space of learning, laughter, and lifelong friendships.

✅ A vibrant and refreshing Fruit Festival, symbolizing the sweet bond of unity among our members and celebrating the colorful diversity of student life.

✅ Formal handover of leadership, as we expressed sincere gratitude to the outgoing President and Secretary, whose dedication laid the foundation for BlackBox's progress — and extended warm wishes and full support to the newly appointed leadership who will carry the torch forward.

It was a day filled with reflection, joy, and renewed commitment to the values that bind us as students, peers, and future changemakers.
