Rico International is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing
professional to lead our end-to-end digital presence. You will have full ownership of our social media channels and digital strategy, focusing on high-impact content and effective lead generation to support our mission of connecting students with global opportunities.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
✅ Omni-Channel Management: Manage and grow our presence across
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
✅ End-to-End Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit
engaging videos (Reels/TikToks) and design graphics that resonate with our
target audience.
✅ Lead Generation: Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta
Ads Manager) to drive inquiries for our study abroad programs.
✅ Community Management: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries,
and build a vibrant online community.
✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor digital metrics, analyze campaign
performance, and provide regular reports to the management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✅ Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (TikTok/Reels/YouTube
Shorts).
✅ Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
✅ Creative copywriting skills in both English and Bengali.
✅ A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects
independently.
