📊 Workshop Recap: Market Research and Marketing Strategies 🌟

On 11th February 2024, the EDRC at ZUMS hosted an insightful workshop on Market Research and Marketing Strategies, aimed at providing our students with valuable knowledge and practical insights for their entrepreneurship journey!

💡 Key Highlights:

The session was opened with a captivating keynote address by Md. Enamul Haque, Director of EDRC and Adjunct Assistant Professor at ZNRF University.
Participants learned about identifying customer needs and creating marketing strategies using the 7P framework: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence.
The interactive group activity saw participants researching exciting industries like eco-tourism, water transportation, and the Save Food campaign, presenting their findings and strategies.
✅ Key Takeaways:

Marketing is all about identifying customer needs and satisfying them better than your competitors.
The 7P framework is a vital tool, but not all elements apply to every business. Know your customer and prioritize accordingly!

1. Never shake hand while sitting.

2. Never talk bad about the food when you are the guest.

3. Don't eat the last piece of something you didn't buy.

12. Listen, smile and most of all make eye contact.

13. If you're not invited, don't ask to go.

14. Never be ashamed of where you come from.

🌟 ZNRF University Shines at imaGen Ventures Youth Challenge 2024-25 Dhaka Divisional round! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that Team Air-AQI, representing our Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology Management (ITM) program, has won the UNICEF imaGen Ventures Youth Challenge 2024-25 Dhaka Divisional Round! 🎉👏

With the unwavering support of ZNRF University Incubation Center - ZUIC, our talented students developed and showcased their Air Quality Monitoring Solution for Dhaka city. Their innovation stood out among 350+ projects, securing a spot in the Dhaka Divisional Bootcamp, where only 10 teams were selected to present their groundbreaking climate solutions.

From the divisional round, two teams emerged victorious—our very own Team Air-AQI from ZNRF University and Team Bio-Volt from BRAC University These winning teams will receive seed funding to further develop their innovative solutions. 🌱💡

The imaGen Ventures Youth Challenge is an inspiring initiative by Generation Unlimited, UNICEF Bangladesh, and U.S. Embassy Dhaka, implemented by JAAGO Foundation Trust, empowering young innovators to tackle climate change. 🌍✨
