The Seminar on Policy Analysis and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Policy Analysis Course, Batch-22 (BIGM-SICIP Batch-03) was held on Saturday, 30th August 2025, at the BIGM campus. The event celebrated the successful completion of the course and recognized the accomplishments of its participants.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Dr. Md. Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary, Finance Division and National Program Director (NPD), Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program - SICIP, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and distributed certificates among the participants. The program was chaired by Dr. Sultan Ahmed, Associate Director, BIGM.
Distinguished experts enriched the seminar by sharing their valuable insights. Among them were Dr. Ziaul Abedin, Director General (Additional Secretary), Institute of Public Finance (IPF), and Dr. Sayera Younus, Senior Researcher, Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) and former Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank. Their contributions added great depth and perspective to the discussions.
The event began with introductory remarks by Mr. Banik Gour Sundar, Program Director, Policy Analysis Course, BIGM, followed by a presentation on policy papers delivered by Ms. Tasfia Tasneem Ahmed, Assistant Professor, BIGM. The program was anchored by Ms. Nuzhat Bulbul, Assistant Professor, BIGM, and Ms. Fatema Tuz Zuhra, Research Associate, BIGM.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks from Ms. Tamanna Tabassum, Assistant Professor, BIGM. After the formal proceedings and photo session, participants and guests joined together for lunch, marking a pleasant conclusion to the program.

বাংলাদেশ ইন্সটিটিউট অব গভর্ন্যান্স এন্ড ম্যানেজমেন্ট (বিআইজিএম), গত ২১ জুন ২০২৫ ইং তারিখে ৩২ জন প্রশিক্ষণার্থী নিয়ে “পলিসি এনালাইসিস কোর্স” এর ২২-তম ব্যাচের প্রশিক্ষণ ক্লাশ শুরু করেছে।
আজ ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় উপাচার্য প্রফেসর ড. নিয়াজ আহমেদ খান স্যার এই প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সে একটি সেশন পরিচালনা করেন।

আজ পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রণালয়-এর সচিব "জনাব ড. ফারহিনা আহমেদ" স্যার এই প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সে একটি ক্লাশ নেন।

The Inauguration Ceremony of the Policy Analysis Course, Batch-22 (BIGM-SICIP Batch-03), was held on Saturday, 21st June 2025, at the BIGM campus.
Dr. Mohammad Tareque, Director of BIGM, graced the event with his esteemed presence.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr. Banik Gour Sundar, Program Director, Policy Analysis Course, BIGM. A brief presentation on BIGM was given by Ms. Tasfia Tasneem Ahmed, Assistant Professor, BIGM. Two participants from the previous batch shared their enriching experiences of learning from the course.

The inauguration ceremony of the Strategic Management Course, Batch-7 (BIGM-SICIP Batch-02) was held on Saturday, 17th May 2025, at the BIGM campus.
Dr. Mohammad Tareque, Director of BIGM, graced the event with his esteemed presence.
The program began with a warm welcome address by Mr. Banik Gour Sundar, Program Director of the Strategic Management Course, who extended greetings to the incoming participants and set a positive tone for the session.
A detailed presentation on BIGM was delivered by Ms. Tasfia Tasneem Ahmed, Assistant Professor, BIGM. The session also featured a reflective speech by a participant from the previous batch, who shared valuable insights and personal experiences, offering encouragement and practical advice to the new cohort.
