𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗥𝗔𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗘𝗧 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗖𝗠𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

On December 17–18, the ASHRAE BUET Student Branch participated in the Exhibition of Engineering & Technology held during the 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗜𝗖𝗠𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱), organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, BUET.

At the exhibition, we showcased our technical projects, branch achievements, and future initiatives, and engaged in constructive discussions focused on industry collaboration and academic–industry interaction. The event provided a valuable platform to present student-led engineering work and to gain insights from both academia and industry.

We had the opportunity to interact with distinguished university professors, researchers, and industry experts. Notably, we engaged in discussions with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔. 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗳, Grainger Distinguished Chair in Engineering at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮–𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 (𝗨𝗜𝗨𝗖) and a Fellow of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗡𝗔𝗘), widely regarded as the “𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.” We also sincerely thank the 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗕𝗼𝗚) of the 𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗥𝗔𝗘 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 for their valued presence, continued support, and encouragement, which greatly motivated our members throughout the exhibition.

Participating in ICME 2025 was a highly enriching experience for our members. The exposure, feedback, and professional interactions gained through this event will significantly contribute to our future growth and help strengthen our ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
