🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Specialist who can handle end-to-end content creation — from shooting videos to editing, designing, and publishing on social media.
If you are passionate about creating engaging content and staying updated with trends, this role is for you.

🔧 Responsibilities
-Shoot video content (reels, talking videos)
-Edit videos for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
-Create motion graphics (titles, transitions, animations)
-Design social media creatives (posts, thumbnails, banners)
-Write simple captions and publish content
-Actively contribute ideas and follow content trends
-Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

✅ Requirements
-Experience in video shooting & editing
-Knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects
-Skills in graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)
-Understanding of social media trends (Reels, Shorts, hooks)
-Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Comfortable working on-camera when needed
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Must have a portfolio (video + design samples)

💰 Salary & Benefits

-Probation Period (First 3 Months): 20,000 BDT/ Month
-Salary will be revised after probation based on performance
