Studying in Belgium
Applications have started for various universities in Belgium, with more universities opening applications soon.
Documents Needed during Application:
1. Verified certificates and transcripts from your university, Ministry of Education, Foreign Ministry, and the Belgian Consulate.
2. Secondary and higher secondary certificates and transcripts.
3. IELTS certificate.
4. Passport.
5. Passport-sized photo.
6. Letter of recommendation.
7. Last education syllabus. ( Course Outline) For masters.
8. Europass CV
Costs:
Some universities do not require fees for application, while others have application fees.
Letter:
It may take 1-2 weeks to 2-3 months to receive the offer letter after applying.
The visa application process begins after receiving the offer letter.
# # Estimated Costs:
1. About 10,300-11,500 Euros for a blocked account it varies slightly depending on the city. If a visa is not granted, this amount is refundable, and if the visa is approved, it is returned within 11-12 months. (Monthly basis instalment just like Germany)
- Note: This amount must be sent directly from a Bangladeshi bank to the university's bank account in Belgium.
2. Contribution fee 228€
2. Approximately 60k BDT for expenses in the embassy in New Delhi, covering stay, and VFS fees.
3. 197.10€ Euros for health insurance. (Swisscare)
4. Medical test 7500Tk.
5. Airfare around (80-120k).
Total 18 documents needed for visa application.
Tuition Fees and Part-time Jobs:
Tuition fees vary between 961€ to 6,000-7,000€, depending on the university. Part-time jobs are available, offering around 12-14+ Euros per hour.
