HURDCO International School was established in 1997 with the joint effort of some overseas Bangladeshis and a number of entrepreneurs living in the country. The prime consideration for establishment of the School is to impart quality education of international standard to the students in Bangladesh at a reasonable cost. It is a private English Medium School that follows the British curricula and owned & run by HUman Resources Development COmpany (HURDCO).

The Middle School Storytelling and Poetry Recitation Competition, held on Thursday, 13th August 2026, was a beautiful celebration of language, imagination, and confident expression. The event unfolded through three exciting rounds: The Selection Round, the Semi-Final Round, and the Final Round, with each stage revealing remarkable talent and creativity.
The young performers brought stories to life and gave poetry a melodious voice, turning the event into a memorable literary journey. Their enthusiasm, eloquence, and confidence made the competition a resounding success and truly reflected the timeless magic of words.

We welcomed parents of newly enrolled students to our Preschool Orientation Programme on July 27, 2026, to kick off the 2026โ€“2027 academic year with warm hearts and open minds.
The session focused on making the transition to school as smooth and joyful as possible. We talked through essential daily routines and safety steps, shared gentle tips for navigating separation anxiety, and swapped ideas on packing healthy, age-appropriate lunches that fit right into the school day. Parents got a peek into our warm classroom environments, exploring our hands-on teaching approach, curriculum goals, and how we thoughtfully track each childโ€™s unique developmental journey.
After a rich conversation about supporting children both socially and academically, our Principal, Ms. Fahmida Chowdhury, opened the floor for a friendly Q&A to answer questions and help everyone feel right at home.

I, MD. Zaeem Hassan from Class V-B, am truly honoured and grateful to share that I have achieved a Gold Medal in the English Olympiad and a Gold Medal, Special Dean's List Award, and Diamond Award in the Science Olympiad held at the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

This achievement is the result of hard work, dedication, and the unwavering support of my parents, teachers, and well-wishers.
