Customer Development Executive (𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲)
📍 Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekend: Friday & Alternate Thursday
Probation Period: 3 Months
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐆𝐨:
RoGo is a global educational and cultural organization connecting students with Russian universities. We provide end-to-end support from admission, translation, and documentation to student adaptation, tourism, and exchange programs ensuring students experience a smooth and rewarding journey abroad.
To support our expanding operations in Bangladesh, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Development Manager to join our international team.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Customer Development Manager will manage client and student communication, ensure documentation accuracy, and coordinate between RoGo’s Bangladesh and Russian offices.
This role combines sales, client relationship management, and operational coordination - directly contributing to organizational growth and client satisfaction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Maintain and update internal portals and CRM systems.
Verify, organize, and manage student documentation and reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for students and clients (via phone, email, and chat).

Coordinate with Russian Admission, HR, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Handle payment updates and follow-ups with clients.
Manage and convert leads from online and offline channels.
Promote RoGo’s core services and support partnership initiatives.
Track client data, conversion rates, and progress through CRM tools.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, International Relations, or related fields.

1+ year of experience in customer service, client support, or sales (preferably in education consultancy).
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Excellent verbal and written communication
(English fluency required).
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Experience in education consultancy, BPO, or client-facing roles is an advantage. Basic understanding of the Russian education system will be considered a plus.
